Potholes again. how about a permanent solution instead of temporary solutions?

The City of Seminole reported a damaged fence along the west side of Park Street on Feb 15, 2023. Location of the damaged fence is north of 54th Ave and south of the Park Street Bridge. The original request was closed on Feb 16, 2023. As of Mar 27, 2023, fence has not been repaired.

Multiple potholes in alleyway behind 35th Ave N (between 2nd & 3rd St N) either need to be repaired, or the entire alley needs to be repaved.

New flooding on 79th st n. I’ve lived here for almost 5 years with no street flooding issues. A small amount of rain today (9/4/21), resulted in an unusual amount of flooding both directions from my driveway. A Nissan car came through and the water to the north of my house was up to the frame. None of this happened before the construction at the old green lantern site. We’ve also noticed strong sewage smells occurring with rainfall.

Pick up truck with broken windshield has not moved since Sunday 11/14. Driver lives/visits 5375. Back of truck is in street & this is a bus stop.
This whole area has become parking lot with vehicle repairs being done, cars parked in street while repairing & hindering buses turning & stopping.

So, what are you going to do about it? This was after less than an hour of rain today and was barely passable by car. Also multiple potholes in road.

They have once again stacked their garbage and household items in the front and back yard. The smell is horrible. We have been reporting for illegal burning and that seems to have stopped BUT it looks like they have emptied the house to the outside so they can sleep inside at night because the back yard is dark. There are strange and shady looking people coming and going. Neighbors have said they have witnessed people defecating in the yards! I understand there have been multiple reports on this location and we have been told it will go up for tax auction. This has been going on way to long and we all know he will pay the tax and we will have to go through this another year. There has to be something that can be done. We have homeless camps being set up all around this location. I think there is a welcome center for homeless on my street!!! I would appreciate any help to get this cleaned up and stopped.

Trash on the patio hasn't been picked up in months. There is also a burn barrel in the street in front of the house. The back yard is full of junk

The City of Seminole has received a report that there are three (3) broken safety bollards on Park Street (west side), south of Burning Tree Drive. The bollards are near the entrance to Sweet Magnolia Place.

There is a Sherwin-Williams Paint Store on 66th Street and 50th Avenue North in unincorporated St. Petersburg 33709.
The homeless people are taking over the rear parking lot, out in the open, behind the dumpsters, etc. They are sleeping there at night and being very loud and disruptive. I am elderly and alone so I don't want to confront them myself and afraid to call police. PLEASE HELP ME get them out of this area before they build another encampment as before!
