Marlborough Terrace has multiple places where there are major potholes. From the intersection of Grizzly Peak all the way down to the first set of houses. This is a safety hazard for not only cars but bicycles as well.
There have been many complaints about this area and no action taken to remediate the bigger issue - the road is in bad shape and needs attention.

This illegal parking job has been reported multiple times and each time the parking enforcement request is closed without any action being taken (the photo is from today). The Mazda CX-5 continues to illegally block the sidewalk daily. Please recommend what we can legally do as citizens if the City of Oakland Parking Enforcement department is going to continue to ignore the issue.

Oakland Public Works installed tree trunks to block this turnout to reduce fire risk. Unfortunately people have vandalized and removed the logs, so multiple cars park here often around sunset, creating fire hazards (eg, by smoking), general public safety risk, littering etc. Can we replace the logs that have been vandalized and seal this area back off, thus reducing fire risk at this high risk time of the year?,

I would like to report that on 9/25/2022, I witnessed the third solo bike crash on Tunnel Road between Charing Cross Rd and Hiller Dr.  Two of these resulted in the victim being taken to the hospital by ambulance.  While there may have been other factors contributing to these crashes,  the rutted and deteriorating condition of the pavement on Tunnel Rd was the major factor. 

This residence has a serious issue with draining water. Every time it rains there is a water fall coming down their stairs that runs along their driveway. It was causing serious issues for the street and it causes the road to always be a muddy mess. Also, it is a very serious concern for neighbors down the street as the running running is causing damage and there is a risk of it flooding homes. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible given the large amount of rain we continue to receive.

Retaining wall has been failing for 25 years

Multiple potholes on this street. Reported multiple times and still not addressed. Please fix them. It's a narrow street with pedestrians and cars share the road.
