    Marlborough Terrace has multiple places where there are major potholes. From the intersection of Grizzly Peak all the way down to the first set of houses. This is a safety hazard for not only cars but bicycles as well.
    There have been many complaints about this area and no action taken to remediate the bigger issue - the road is in bad shape and needs attention.

    The road above 7155 is dangerous to bicycle riders, pedestrians and car drives. They are not just potholes, they are examples of road deterioration and breaking down. Because car drivers try to drive around them there have been frequent near accidents. This is a major route for people to leave the area and in an emergency it will become more dangerous.

    I would like to report that on 9/25/2022, I witnessed the third solo bike crash on Tunnel Road between Charing Cross Rd and Hiller Dr.  Two of these resulted in the victim being taken to the hospital by ambulance.  While there may have been other factors contributing to these crashes,  the rutted and deteriorating condition of the pavement on Tunnel Rd was the major factor.

    Oakland Public Works installed tree trunks to block this turnout to reduce fire risk. Unfortunately people have vandalized and removed the logs, so multiple cars park here often around sunset, creating fire hazards (eg, by smoking), general public safety risk, littering etc. Can we replace the logs that have been vandalized and seal this area back off, thus reducing fire risk at this high risk time of the year?,
