    Behind the residence at 8390 Cypress Ct, a segment of the Village Parkway residential wall is tilting toward the sidewalk. I am concerned about its structural integrity. The wall’s deflection measures at a rough 10 degrees maximum and spans across several wall posts. Furthermore, multiple crack lines run up the bricks from the bottom center between posts. Please inspect. Besides this critical section, there are parts of the wall within the vicinity that may also need maintenance. There are wooden boards missing from the posts, spalling on the bricks and exposed rebar. Please check these areas as well. Thank you for your time.

    Resident called: There is a chain linked fence on Amarillo next door to 7440 Amarillo that is wide open and has a steep drop she is concerned a child might fall down. Can someone check on it and see if the fence gate can be closed?

    Ground squirrels have taken over the side of the hill leading to our backyard and are causing damage to our lawn and plants. They are now making their way into our home. We can hear them in the floor and occasionally in the wall in our office room. Their droppings are everywhere and they are now tearing up our front yard. Clark Pest Control says there's too many for them to deal with plus it's on city property. Alameda county vector control came out and accessed the situation and said to contact you since it's on city park property. Please help!

    I made a request two weeks ago to have the Alamo Creek Park lights adjusted for the end of Daylight Saving Time. Only the restroom lights were subsequently adjusted. The parking lot and light poles throughout the park were NOT adjusted. The park is completely dark at 5:15 p.m. except for the restrooms. Please set all lights to go ON at 4:45 p.m. or better yet, please install a "Dusk-to-Dawn" sensor for them. Thank you!

    Noisy manhole cover that creates very loud clanging whenever a car drives over it. Not the biggest issue in the world but there are a lot of people who live in the apartments next to it and I'm sure most would appreciate not hearing a loud clanging during the night.

    The blacktop sidewalk on the west side of Tassajara road after quarry Lane school all the way down to where it ends going south has multiple fissures and deep cracks. A bicycle tire can easily get stuck in there and throw someone off let alone someone could roll their ankle

    Good Afternoon City of Dublin,

    I am checking back with your Department to inquire if there was some confusion as to the nature of the complaint regarding the four vehicles on the street and two in the driveway, as well as the house/yard conditions of Mr. Redicks residence there at 8476 Valencia Street. The City Website only seems to accept one photo which I sent along with the first complaint, and the second photo I tried to send seemed to create issues or confusion as to the actual complaint.

    Mr. Redicks is a long-term, recalcitrant, unrepentant, repeat offender who tortures his neighbors with his awful, eye-sore collection of dilapidated junkers that he allows to disintegrate on the street and in his driveway. Trash and detritus gather and collect under his cars, his cars that never move and sit bumper-to-bumper across his lot frontage.

    We all just have been trying to ignore his selfish indifference to neighborhood protocols, standards of respect for home ownership and property values, but it gets the better of us at times, especially when we can no longer hide our face as we roll past his linear junk yard.

    A significant collection of the people of Valencia Street would like to nominate him for the Worst Neighbor & Nincompoop Award if Dublin has such a dubious honor, as well as a flashy yard sign if you have one – if not, I can make one.

    From people who know, they say his home and rear yard has reached a potentially dangerous and nuisance level, but I believe I will stick to what I know for sure, his vehicles are an eyesore, they do not move, he does not work or tinker on any of them, at all – ever, except to jump start them after the City red tags his cars, and I believe some may not be properly registered at this time.

    IF you would be kind enough to please give me a stack of the red adhesive window tags that he hates so much, I can cover it for you, no need for you to come out. I will wait three days and then re-tag his cars forever until he finally does something about the insulting array of junkers, or, please God, moves away to Oakland or up some holler out the hills.

    My request is that you go and see the situation for yourself.

    Street light at the intersection of Newfields Ln and Penwood Lane not working. Pole Number 8738

    Issue ID: 13358727 reported on 09/04/2022 closed stating ongoing conversion to LEDs. The issue I reported was after the completion of conversion at reported location. Please do the needful to repair the streetlight. The intersection is very dark without this light and we are concerned about safety. Thanks for your attention and timely action.

    village parkway. This street connects San Ramon to Dublin, runs right in front of Dublin High School. Everytime going out for a walk, feels like I'm going through a time machine. The pavement is beautiful and clean in San Ramon, that is until you pass the creek.

    This patchwork, or maybe sanding down work, is extremely unsafe! Obviously the city acknowledge the problem, tries to sand it down; the result is a roller coaster at best. There are rubberized tiles and uneven surfaces that is at least 3 inches difference in height.

    It's a dangerous street to go out for a walk with your kids, family, or a stroller.
