Concern with kids/people and traffic that will be in this neighbor on Friday Oct31 for Halloween. We usually get upwards of 1200-1500 trick or treaters. I'd had to see and injury with a child -

The neighborhood as no sidewalks, and has wide streets. Most people are walking with children/dogs and a lot of elderly. I hate to have someone fall, and injury themselves. Safety first !!
