    Briar creek has become a river in the back of my brothers property. It has gone from one foot deep to 16 feet deep and from 6 foot wide to over 20 feet wide. His trailer is soon to go into the creek. He is a stroke victim and in a wheelchair. We brought this issue to your attention 11 years ago. It is now critical. 94 sugar bear drive safety harbor 34695.

    Traffic signal timer is misconfigured for weekend drivers attempting to turn North on to McMullen-Booth from East Bound Union. What has been experienced several weekends on both Saturday or Sunday is a car pulling up to stop in the North bound turn lane will sit on the sensor and sometimes will be noticed and sometimes not. Further, even when noticed by the sensor, what has been noticed is a red-cross walk signal for pedestrians crossing Union lasting for a minute, followed by a flashing red countdown for 15 seconds, then sold red-cross walk signal for a minute, then a white crossing-allowed signal, followed by a 21 second flashing red-cross walk signal, then finally after 3 minutes the signal turned to green for vehicle traffic. But, this only occured after a West bound car triggered the sensor on Cedar where it intersects McMullen-Booth opposite of Union.
