East Village

The intersection at Oneida and 12th is going to be fatal one day. the first picture shows no signage because no one is supposed to come that direction. Oneida is a one way road, heading downhill towards the river. Without signage, the wrong way driver will not know that the left turn has right of way. actually if you look at all four pictures, no driver can tell who has right of way. FIX THIS

Three weeks ago no lawn waste pickup (container or limbs.) Figured due late afternoon Deracho. Last week the container was emptied, but didn't pick up limbs. Assumed busy with increased volume due to Deracho. This week, as of 5:45 p.m., no pickup of container or limbs. I have never had issues before and know with flooding/clean-up and Bix, things may be a little discombobulated, but I would appreciate a pickup. Thank you.

the back porch has an endless amount of garbage also the backyard was dug out to be a driveway and was never maintenance and is overgrown and needs lawn Care hardcore. they are disposing of the contents of the rental property into the overgrown driveway which includes garbage furniture clothing etc. it is unknown who the people are that stay there they recently began habitating the house and appeared to be drug addicts. this is a rental house. it definitely looks like an overgrown junkyard.

Electronic sign at 1225 E River Drive exceeding city ordinances related to brightness after hours and in interfering with neighborhood homes quality of life after normal hours A neighbor had also requested the city approach this issue and an inspector reported no issue and closed ticket Last night I took pictures and observed the sign at full brightness at 9:30 pm, 2:30 am and 4:30 am This brightness is in violation of city ordinances.

Street lane and turn arrows need repainting.

Feral cats. Trash and junk every where overgrowth everywhere. Fire hazards. Wild in free running dogs they do it clean up after their dogs or any of the cats that they feed which are feral they have a car parked in front of their house that does not run it is not registered is not insured that they use the storage unit that's been sitting on the corner for almost a year they're hoarding garbage and pallets and crap leaned up against her house everywhere they haven't maintained their hillside or mode or kept care of their backyard they're generally taking down the property value and the nicest of the neighborhood when everyone else in our street is doing their best to keep their houses nice and build up the property value and then and this community it's just wrong it needs to be taken care of.

Abandoned notice was posted on this home and someone mowed the front and side minimum cutting ! The back was left untouched !

Yard needs to be mowed.

Street continues to deteriorate. Large potholes. We were told this was "on the schedule" last spring.

I have several more photos of overgrown everything. Debris, chopped up trees, the front has not been mowed in years. The house has been condemned.
