Tons of trash from homeless from thibido to shadowridge drive. Please step up enforcement and trash removal in this area it looms terrible and is a public safety and health hazard.

Enough already. Please do something with your homeless abatement program. You have a complete TENT City at this location. They have tv's and lawn chairs and bbqs and large ...very large tents...people areroaming around at all hours selling drugs. Do you support illegal drug use? You must be because you allow it on your property. Maybe we can SUE you for our drug problems. Please get rid of this. Enough is enough

Trash, garbage, shopping carts, homeless encampments, tents. Scattered from 78 all the way to green oak rd on sycamore ave. This area needs enforcement and clean up. Vista please help the residents that want a clean and safe city!
