  • 675 Broadway Kingston, NY 12401, USA - Kingston
Drug pushers and prostitutes can be found during all hours of the day/night at the Sunoco station on broadway
  • 2163-2211 Hurley Mountain Rd Kingston, NY 12401, USA - Lomontville
This little stretch of Hurley Mtn. Rd. has been without high speed internet for years. The cable line ends less than 1/2 mile down the road, and Time Warner wants us to pay $17,000+ to extend it. We're too far away from Verizon's central office to get their DSL service. WE NEED HIGH SPEED INTERNET. It's 2011 and we're still using dialup!!
  • 1560 Rte 9 Lake Katrine, NY 12449, USA - Lake Katrine
People are using the shoulder of the road at Adams Fairacre Farm as a turning lane. If one turns from the traffic lane, one risks being hit by a car traveling on the shoulder. This is a dangerous situation. Either mark the shoulder as off limits or put in a right turn lane for the safety of everyone!
  • 230 Greenkill Ave Kingston, NY 12401, USA - Kingston
This 6 way intersection has always been a nightmare. Putting in stop signs on all roads a few years ago helped. (Imagine that!) Making Greenkill Ave one way, for one block, from this intersection SW toward Washington, would reduce the amount of cars trying to get through the intersection from five different directions. Having cars enter the intersection from only four different roads would be a big improvement. Cars that now go NE on that block can easily take Boulevard instead. Until the day Kingston can afford to install a round-about here, this solution would provide at least some relief and make the intersection safer.
  • Lucas Avenue Kingston, NY 12401 - Kingston
Took my 2 yr. old grandson to Kingston Kinderland yesterday and saw that the playground is barely maintained. Swings are gone except for the baby bucket type. Chains are exposed. Sandbox is sparse and trash strewn.
Paint is peeling. Wood is fractured/splintery.
My daughter's pants were ripped by a wood sliver sliding down the main slide with my grandson. ***Most dangerous situation: A moving bridge on chains heading to the spiral slide has collapsed. Children and adults could get hurt there. I almost fell myself. The bathroom reeks of alcohol. A picnic table appears to be lopsided. Kingston Kinderland needs the community spirit again, 15 years later--this time to fix the playground.
  • West Chestnut St Kingston, NY 12401, USA - Kingston
We removed our car from the driveway so we could shovel and snowblow it. While we were outside, a city employee came and wrote a ticket. We were standing right there, and when we asked what she was doing and that we were going to move the car back in when we were done clearing it, she ignored us and put the $100.00 ticket on the car. This is ridiculous. This was not a car abandoned,
we were putting it back in the driveway in a matter of minutes. This is what we pay taxes for - to be harassed by the city while clearing the sidewalks and driveway of our own residence?

  • 1261 Ulster Ave Kingston, NY 12401, USA - Ulster
The burlington parking lot with dollar tree and the pizzeria parking lot really needs to be redone with parking curbs and some stop signs and painted lines. So many people almost get hit just trying to walk to one of these stores from their car because the driving traffic is HORRIBLE. No way to direct where to drive and not drive and no crosswalks!!!!
  • 1919-2099 New York 55 Ellenville, NY 12428, USA - Ulster County
State Dot needs to repave State route 55 people are getting vehicle damage from how bad the roadway is from Ulster County into Sullivan County.
  • 601 Frank Sottile Blvd. - Ulster
Too many selfish and lazy people park in the fire lane in front of the building making it difficult and dangerous to pass by and find a legal parking space. Walmart management doesn't care to do anything about it.
  • Washington Avenue And Shwenk Drive Kingston, NY 12401, USA - Kingston
The Southbound lanes on Washington avenue from Ulster Savings to Schwenk Drive need to be defined better and for a longer distance.
People are confused and crossing the lines constantly. This is dangerous and causes traffic delays. The left lane should start further back by the Dutch Village driveway. It just appears out of nowhere.
The center lane should stay constant and start further back.
The right lane should start later since you can always make the right on red.
It is very dangerous now as cars are often crossing over the double yellow lines into oncoming traffic. People who are not familiar with the road are confused and find themselves in the wrong lane all the time.
It is a mess during the morning commute and dangerous. Please look into this issue and work with the State to fix it.
