    This is the person who keeps dumping trash behind the bushes on Mountain Gate just east of Rowena and on Foothill just east of Kentfield every week. He goes through the trash barrels in that neighborhood every Thursday morning, then goes out onto Mountain Gate (or Foothill) to sort through the trash bags he takes, puts what he wants to keep in his shopping cart, & dumps what he doesn't want behind the bushes. I just watched him do exactly that (there is now trash behind the bushes a little east of Rowena), then walk away toward Rowena and walk back down Rowena with his shopping cart. I've seen him many times on Rowena going through the trash barrels on Thursday mornings and I believe he lives somewhere in that neighborhood because it happens every week. He keeps leaving trash bags behind the bushes with the stuff that he doesn't want.

    Grass is dead on north side of Foothill Pkwy west of Fullerton, and it is in the process of dying East of that. Looks like you just turned the water off as some sort of punishment for not voting for your tax hike for landscaping. I'm sure all the trees will be dying in no time too. Thanks a lot. This whole stretch of the street is embarrassing for the residents who live here.

    Theres a person on this street running a used car dealer from there house and lining the street with their inventory. Calls by neighbors to the city have gone nowhere. Cars are lined up on Canyonwood.

    This is a marked pedestrian and bicycle route to Skyline Ridge trails that someone has taken upon themselves to put up barriers. These do not appear to be from the City. It’s causing a safety issue for pedestrians and bicyclists trying to maneuver around it down the wash.

    At 11:13am, on August 7,2025, I came upon the illegal obstruction of a public walkway, public bike path and an entrance to the Federal Cleveland National forest. (See attached photos) In addition to blocking a public access, this is a ADA-American Disability Act violation committed by a private party.

    This is the second time in recent history, that person(s) unknown blocked this access with a large electric generator.

    I suggest the City of Corona takes care of this issue quickly. Corona Police can call a flatbed tow truck to remove this generator, or place a three day yellow tag for removal or the abatement process, due to it being a public nuisance. 3298 Skyline Dr appears to be the residence involved in this dispute.

    ADA lawyers love these kinds of case. They call them “low hanging fruit” cases against a private party or municipality that is either unable or unwilling to address the matter immediately.
