This large Oak tree has some type of rot throughout the branches. Every strong wind we pick up branches out of our back yard. Some branches are growing into our palm trees. The root system is causing damage to our pool. I have tried to address the issues with the homeowner Mr. Jerry and no solution. My wife and I are now concerned that it has gotten to be a safety issue with it falling onto our home. The area in which our small children's bed rooms are located. One of our neighbors tree's had to be removed several weeks ago due to some type of disease. We are concerned this oak has the same problem. Also the damage being caused to our pool, pool plumbing, homes foundation, and any damage this cause to our property. Please help us address this issue since we are not able to with the neighbor.

Dense foliage blocks view at intersection; Southwest corner of Winston and Bluff View Dr. Same hazardous driving situation exists at intersection of S Garden Circle and Eagles Nest Drive.
This is similar to the hazardous intersection of Rosery and Eagles Nest, which was cleared to provide safety.

while school is closed all directions are stopped when someone crosses. I understand for the safety of the children but again the school is closed. can we please have this reviewed and or corrected.

The county installed a crosswalk across Gulf Blvd. at the South side of the intersection of Gulf Blvd and 15th Ave. That location has a number of safety issues. First, if people need to get to that crosswalk from 15th Ave. they must walk along the curb where there is no place to walk except on the street. If cars turn from Gulf onto 15th those people are very hard to see - a proverbial accident waiting to happen. Second, the post on the East side is one additional barrier to the sight path for cars turning from 15th onto Gulf which is already blocked by a number plants and outdoor furniture located on the Hurricane Eddies property.
My suggestion is to move that crosswalk to the North side of the intersection where the post won't be in the way and there is plenty of room for pedestrians.

Many of the apartment buildings near the golf course have erosion at the foundation. Can't reach anyone in the office for days. also, can't reach corporate. they aren't fixing it. the erosion has caused our front window to Crack along with the windowsill cracking. the windowsill is very loose and Somerset used caulk to "fix" it. didn't work.
We have flooding after rain along Largo Golf Course facing units.

My daughter's bedroom window doesn't open due to broken frame. We've asked for this to be fixed multiple times since Dec 2022. This is a serious safety violation.

The county now requires a permit to place a new got water heater. I don't believe they got one to replace ours.

Termites, roaches, spiders, and rodents engulf this complex. That is never disclosed to incoming residents. They also refuse to tent for Termites. Instead, they are going to let them keep multiplying and destroy my furniture. The assistant manager, Michelle, said "That's your problem. Ask the pest company".

This complex would not pass code inspection. our neighbors have been without a/c for 3 weeks and can't get ahold of anyone to get an update.

There is a mylar balloon that's been sitting on the ground in foliage for over a month. Random nerf bullets that are never picked up. Kids leave their bikes anywhere. Dog poo stations are rarely emptied and the dog park has large holes in the fence.

If the tax collector audited them, it would fail. I apologize for how long this is, but we don't know where else to turn.

The stairs are rotted away from water and Termites damage. The neighbor almost fell because of how bad they are. We brought this to the attention of management beginning in Feb 2023 and have since requested it to be fixed multiple times.

There is a black Scion 4dr hatchback that hasn't moved since at least December. Windows are down. Pretty sure it's now being used as drug drop.

Some residents let their dogs wander off leash. I was almost attacked by a pit that the guy lets run loose.

County needs to conduct a safety investigation.

These buildings probably need to be demolished. They are not safe and have many code violations.

There are 4 large size pot holes deep and the locations are in Fay Avenue and East Rosary Road. The traffic from all areas, St. Paul’s schools , heavy trucks going down the road and routine traffic causes these pot holes to widen. With large rain the pot holes swell with water cause puddles and expand.

Another reason why these pot holes need to fixed as they are a safety hazard and have caused flooding.

HOMELESS CAMP

If you go to marker RW 51 on the trail.
Then stop at the trash can.
You will find it on the other side of the tracks.
There is a clear dirt path that has been worn to walk to it.

It appears to keep growing as others learn of the site.

We're worried about their safety and the safety of the trail users.

Is there anything that the local neighborhoods can do to help the transition?

It appears they are responsible and go to work.

First, I want to commend the county for redoing our sidewalk at the entrance to the complex. The work was done very well, and is appreciated. I’m not sure if this is the correct place to report it, however, there is an Old telephone switching box just south of our entrance. The doors are constantly open and there is a school bus stop right there. First of all it’s ugly and second of all it’s a safety issue. You know how kids are. Lol if this isn’t the right place to report it, please let me know. Thank you so much.

On the road leading up to the intersection of Bayshore and Gulf to Bay the "ONLY left" and "ONLY right" are almost completely worn away. Driver often mistakenly try and turn right from the left only lane creating a safety issue for pedestrians trying to cross Gulf to Bay in the crosswalk with the walk light. I use this trail several times a week and have almost been hit by cars turning the wrong way.
