    At the intersection of 35th and Oliver there is a large field/park. Non-residents drive up and park along 35th on this strip. They proceed to smoke drink and throw empty bottles and trash on the road and into the park adjacent to the road.

    Can you please have someone clean up the garbage and I would suggest the city install a no littering fine sign. I think this would discourage more littering. Thanks in advance.
