Other City Services Acknowledged2124 47th Ave Oakland, CA, 94601, USA - FremontNeighbors playing music very loudly outside (party) using speakers and microphones every weekend (Saturday nights) past midnight and often late into the morning (around 3am). Usually starts around 6pm. Not exactly sure which house it is but it is very loud and easily traceable to the source. It appears to be on the 2120-2140 47th block or 48th or in that area. -
