Private home owner in Buena Vista neighborhood

Hello I’m reaching out to anyone that can help me the city came by a week ago or so with the backhoe and dug two big holes on each side of my driveway which now present a problem in the water when it rains doesn’t drain under the driveway through the gutter these holes just hold water and present at environmental situation with mosquitoes, and water drains into the yard and in spring time will present even a bigger problem when all the rain comes there was no purpose in this I maintain the ditch by shoveling out the dirt and the drainage under the driveway so water can flow through also mow and weed eat the ditch year around I do not know where to turn, if someone can help me I would very much appreciate your help also there’s been a lot of cement trucks going very fast down the road and I was so thankful that they fix the potholes but these big trucks are tearing the road up again and it will need repaired in time, if anyone else had this problem about the holes dug beside the driveway please post I’m going to need this fixed as soon as possible it’s already causing problems thank you very much for all the help on fixing the road on my last post have a blessed day

CR 2400 Road Conditions.
Years ago, my father-in-law and other resident on CR 2400 in Quinlan PERSONALLY paid for the road to be put in on the condition that the county would maintain it. There is a document on file with the county.
Now and for years all we get are rocks thrown into the potholes and/or a VERY inferior job of dumping tar into a hole, which lasts a few weeks and then we are right back to where we started or worse.
If you can send out crews time and time again to do an inferior job, why can't the county stand by their agreement with the residents who spent thier own money and have it maintained correctly. Filling a pothole correctly is not rocket science but it does take some labor. I have spoken with your crews. "We just do what we are told" and that's as little as possible. Make it look like an efforts been made and move on.
The potholes are truly dangerous as cars have to swerve to miss them or realize damage to their vehicles. Some of the worst potholes are right by narrow bridges which don't even give us an option to avoid them.
PLEASE, honor the promise made by the county and correctly repair CR 2400, Quinlan, which at this point requires a total redo since it's been so poorly taken care of.

Several potholes 4 feet deep 6 feet around you have to literally drive off the road and when it rains you get stuck in the ditch this has to be fixed any neighbors or anyone that can help please help otherwise I will be contacting channel 5 investigation team I don’t know what else to do, if I can find some gravel I’ll fix it myself

Hello I live at 4069 County Rd. 2626 Caddo Mills 75135, i’ve lived there seven years I have never once seen anyone work on the road there are several potholes 4 feet deep 6 feet around and you have to literally drive off the road not acceptable please someone help me in the neighborhood get these potholes fixed and when it rains I almost get stuck and I can’t evenGet home or leave to go anywhere if anyone can help me please let’s join together
