This is a public sidewalk Simply putting up sign that in essence says "we're not going to clear this sidewalk" does not absolve the University of its responsibility to abide by municipal code

Not enough bike parking at Farmer's Market. The city usually puts in some on-street bike parking corrals, but I haven't seen any of them this year. Yes, I'm aware that there "isn't enough car parking either", but we have two transportation A2Zero goals - to increase bike use to 25% of in-town trips, and reduce car use by 50% (VMT), by 2030. The city *should* be working toward both goals by significantly increasing bike parking and decreasing car parking in the market area during the market season. Certainly you should keep some handicap parking spots, but you should be converting other car parking spots to bike parking for the warmer months in line with our A2Zero goals, until there are excess bike parking spots.

Intersection at Beakes and 5th is very dangerous for pedestrians and needs better crosswalk signage and better enforcement. Cars don't stop even when I'm actually stepping into the street. Perhaps some of those "local law" signs bolted to the street would help, or an unmarked police car waiting to catch violators. thanks

Broadway St & Maiden Ln Ann Arbor, MI, 48105, USA - Ann Arbor

A new "No turn on red" sign has been placed at this intersection, on Maiden Lane, turning onto Broadway/Plymouth. This sign is one of hundreds, literally, that have been placed around the city in the last few months. I wonder if there was some kind of sale on these signs, maybe a BOGO, or rather a BOGH, buy one, get a hundred, given the large number of new "No turn on red" signs in the city, seemingly every city block.

Some of these intersections are totally confusing with the added sign, for example Maiden Lane and Broadway/Plymouth. There is a specific light for the right turn. So now when that turns green, does that mean a right turn is ok, regardless of whether the traffic light is red? Which do we pay attention to? The light or the sign?

And the intersection of Industrial and Stadium has two "No turn on red signs" right next to each other, literally, on the right side of Industrial, when drivers are on Industrial, waiting and waiting and waiting to turn right onto Stadium, even when there are zero cars on Stadium. This is totally ludicrous.

In my estimation, placing all of these signs around the city at almost every block makes no sense whatsoever in terms of traffic flow. Was a thorough traffic assessment done at each of these intersections prior to placing the signs? I doubt it. Given the number of intersections involved, it would take years to complete.

The signs are frequently not obeyed, drivers turn right as they used to, when there is no traffic, which is how it should be. These signs are not needed, and definitely hundreds of them aren't needed around the city streets, causing traffic backups.

Most of these "No turn on red signs" around the city are not necessary and cause big traffic backups. On Industrial, not allowing cars to turn right onto Stadium on red, creates a huge backup on Stimson, since cars and large buses have nowhere to go when the Stimson light turns green!

Very bad decision to have so many "No turn on red" signs placed on so many city streets.

    Homeless encampment.

Please remove tents and trash from public spaces. Since the city has redone state street the homeless situation has gotten out of control.s

4 way stop signs are becoming more prevalent when not needed. Many streets are recognized as the main thoroughfare and should not have a stop sign. Increasing the number of stop signs only increase motor vehicle inefficiencies.

The number of "No Right Turn on Red" signs have increased. Recommend their removal unless oncoming traffic is visually obscured creating a dangerous environment. Otherwise these signs increase vehicular inefficiences by having cars idling at intersections when they could be in motion.

505 E Huron St Ann Arbor MI 48104, United States - Ann Arbor
Delivery and Uber/Lyft pickup vehicles are routinely parking on west bound Huron between State and Division, forcing the west bound traffic into one lane. This is causing massive traffic snarls every weekday afternoon. Huron is a business interstate and parking is not tolerated on other blocks .I am not sure why this is being tolerated here. The issue seems to be a lack of signage at the apartment blocks to inform delivery vehicles of the appropriate loading dock/drop off location. To enable proper traffic flow, cann this block please be marked no stopping, standing or parking, stripped yello, and violators ticketed?.

Tables too big, combined with obstructive decorative plants in pots narrow the sidewalk below the legal width. Repeat offender, please remove and fine business

This is a very dangerous intersection and numerous pedestrians have nearly been struck by cars who do not yield in the cross walks Many have asked the DDA to make the Kingsley/Ashley intersection a 4 way stop, like every other intersection on Ashley Please do the right thing and help increase safety in an area with lots of kids/pets and pedestrians Kingsley is a huge cut through and cars speed on it all the time at high speeds to avoid Main Street This is a neighborhood street. If you don't do something about it you are simply being obtuse and reckless
