I’m the owner of 3508 Lionel Ln. and I have been asked and a warning ticket put on my basketball goal that my goals need to be moved from the road. However, I’m going to move my goals off of the road. I know it’s in violation however the lady directly across the street from me at 3509 Lionel Ln. keeps her trash cans on the road 7 days a week and NEVER moves them. That’s also against code. And this has been reported twice already! So if one person has to follow the rules, we all need to follow the rules so can you please tell her to take her trash cans off of the road thank you! Today is the 17th of August so I’m documenting this!

All along Elementary Drive there is a slew of trash and illegal dumping. Everything from mattresses to garbage bags to boxes to general littering occurs here on a weekly basis. Would like to see the wooded area cleared in this section so that the dumping may possibly be eliminated.

Per the city’s published trash collection calendar, our recycling should have been picked up the Saturday after Thanksgiving. This did not happen. According to the 2024/25 calendar, the recycling was also supposed to be picked up this week. Again, this did not happen. Because the new calendar has the same week reversed, we will not have recycling pickup for 4 weeks. This is unacceptable. Also, we were allowed to purchase an extra blue cart, but we are not allowed to use it for recycling. So we used our “extra” one for yard trash with other brown cans but your crew did not empty the blue one. The city published the number of containers that could be placed street side for yard trash—it did not specify color and the blue bin was purchased by us; therefore, it was an acceptable use for yard trash. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This lock gets cut and people go and dump trash, shoot guns, so drugs and start fires. Has been reported to Ft Bragg and never gets rectified

Started two weeks ago and keeps adding trash to the truck that is broken and does not run. Dogs have been in it also. It’s the first thing you see in the neighborhood and it is attracting bugs and animals. Rodents

they leave their trash can out weeks at a time. the cardboard boxes have been out for over 3 weeks and the blue tarp and various pieces of trash are strewn on the front yard. please make people do their part to keep our neighborhood nice.

Nasty furniture, trash, mattresses, etc. It was at one address, then another address a few feet down, then another address, and then one address had toys that haven’t been picked up by the trash company.

These are owned by Martin and Martin Associates from Lumberton and need to be managed better.

These duplexes are a huge problem- yards but being mowed, trash cans not being taken in and now hazardous furniture and debris.

Furniture, building materials, trash blocking sidewalk. Trip hazard and ADA violation.
