    People fly down this stretch of Southern going 60-70mph all day and night, and there have been three wrecks in the past 6 weeks, including: one car crashing into our fence, another car hitting a tree and flipping onto the sidewalk and another car sideswiping an elderly woman's vehicle and then driving away.

    There are a lot of elderly folks, children and pets in this area out walking the neighborhood. We need a speed bump to slow down all the reckless drivers.

    So far, it's only been property damage, but someone will end up getting hurt very badly if we don't slow the traffic down.

    This rusted out dumpster is on the wrong side of the street nearly blocking me backing out of my driveway. It belongs to the blue building that faces E Parkway. Why isn't this dumpster in the back lot of this building? I'm seeing folks pull over and dump truck loads of their personal garbage in it. The dumpster is on Walker ( off of E Parkway. ) It's in a dangerous spot and needs to be removed/relocated

    I own and rent the house at 1072 Meda St. Last night, 12.7.2021, approximate time of 8:30pm, 2 men were shooting at the house at 1065 Meda St. The police came and informed my new renters of 1072 Meda, that this happens all the time. How do we file a nuisance complaint for this residence? My new renters have been in the house 1 month and now they are terrified to be there and they want to move. Which I do not blame them! This is a young couple and the young lady is mostly by herself.

    If, according to the police, this happens constantly, can this residence be considered a nuisance?

    I own the house next door and this structure is a hazard and is harboring vermin. There are multiple complaints here. Has had an uninhabitable sticker on the door for over a year, so the city is aware of the state of disrepair. Please let me know what other steps I can take to get this structure demolished. The owner is obviously not going to do any repairs & it is not likely feasible anyway.
