Zoning Violation - Signage Archived5904 Equestrian Dr Nw Albuquerque, NM, 87120, USA - AlbuquerqueThere is a painted message on the back of a residential fence stating "He has risen". This is in violation of the IDO. See Table 5-12-1 that states residential signs on walls can only be 2 sq. ft. Understandably this was a holiday message, but it is long overdue to be removed. Free speech is limited by time and place. If the city allows this message to remain in violation of the IDO then it will send the message to other neighbors that they can write whatever messages on their fences without impunity.
