Graffiti on top of graffiti now there for well over a week. Some tags say BKLN some X3 Can anything be done to encourage Walgreens to clean off their sign?

Very unsafe intersection, with disregarded stop signs. This is only getting worse, and here is another collision on 8/6/22. Speed bumps running both directions on 27th would be best, but more improvements are needed immediately. The addition of one blinking stop sign is something, but clearly not enough. Unless you're looking for it, the stop sign coming up the hill going East on 27th is very small and hidden, which is the direction people run it the most, at full speed. I don't want to be told again that this intersection doesn't qualify for more added safety, as the code is written. Clearly the code is outdated or unhelpful. What is actually happening should matter most, not only a written list of qualifications. When a family was killed in this intersection years ago, they put in stop signs. Why must we wait for another death or injury for the city to do more here?

This person has been parked here for a couple of months, and we have not been able to get him to leave. The person who lives directly next to the spot has asked him to leave multiple times, and he has refused and threatened him. And this timeframe he has been connected to crimes in the local area. He has been tied to stealing packages, breaking into the house, next-door to us to store the packages, and dealing drugs. This person needs to be removed as he is a concern, not just for us, but all of us who share this block.

No Parking signs were installed on this street Monday 9/8 and have been blatantly ignored for the last four days. It does no good for the city to install signage if it’s not followed up with enforcement.

Found out that someone knifed my truck tire in parking area on Burnett Ave South while we were gone over the weekend.

Abandoned property has been vandalized again.
Property owner was out about two weeks ago and Removed all previous graffiti that was reported. This is becoming a weekly thing for this property.

I have lived almost my entire life in Renton at the same residence (for about 20 years now) on NE 7th street. Over the past five or six years, we have had numerous accidents caused by drivers speeding down the road, or simply not paying attention, though one or two may have been caused by DUIs.

I personally have had two vehicles totaled, one just in the past two months, and every single family member that has lived at my residence has had at least one vehicle totaled. If you are able to look at 911 call logs at this residence, you will see multiple calls due to a vehicle being hit while parked. Earlier this year, a neighbor up the street had some relatives visiting from out of state, and their vehicle was hit in broad daylight.

I am reaching out to you because something needs to be done about this road. Simply adding streetlights on my residence's side of the street, adding speed bumps, or even adding a stop sign at the intersection of 7th, Aberdeen AVE NE and NE 6th PL, would prevent future accidents caused by reckless drivers.

Attached are screenshots of a report that I made in an app, "Renton Reports", and there is also a screenshot from a resident that lives down the street, and yet still nothing is being done.

If you care about your citizens and the safety of your city, please take my suggestions into consideration.

my new neighbors have been leaving a mess and when I told them to clean up after themselves they left graffiti in the stairs going to my apartment. I've been seeing this all around town recently so I know it's my new neighbors now.

This vehicle has no plates and appears to be camping and dumping septic on a public street. Last week it was parked 1 block north.

This is an extremely unsafe intersection. One flashing stop sign does not keep people from running the stop signs east or west. Just now two cars ran the intersection thinking they have a free right onto Aberdeen Avenue. Increased police presence did not improve the intersection I live on 28th street and have to be extremely cautious when leaving my neighborhood. If there is a flashing red light down Aberdeen by Kennydale Lions Park, why can't there be one installed here?

One month ago my husband was hit in this intersection by a hit and run driver. That same week, there were three accidents in that intersection. School is back in session and many kids walk to school. I am worried for the safety of children walking and my neighbors just trying to get out of this neighborhood. Renton must do better to improve the safety of this intersection!

At 3pm the bus lets off some 3 teen boys at the corner of Meadow Ave and 2nd. Today 4/26/22 they were throwing rocks at cars as they stopped at the four way stop. They were also throwing rocks at houses and the apartment complex (green). Rowdy fun is fine but they seem to have moved on to property damage and possible driver injury. They are at that stop everyday at 3pm. Please have an officer stop by and let them know they cannot hurt people or property. Also it wouldn't hurt to tell them not to run into the street like drunk chipmunks so they don't get hit.
