OCC and Bert's Barracuda is only 550 feet from our 55 Community of more than 200 homes. They have no regard for their neighbors and have loud bands playing beyond legal hours and far beyond the legal decibel level. This past week the db level was measured (and documented) at more than 85-90 db measured at Michigan Lane which is well into the middle of our community.

Commercial vehicles parked regularly overnight in the street- one of them is broke down with a flat tire

Numerous commercial vehicles parked at all hours of the day. Currently has a. Oversized trailer and driveway with. Heavy duty equipment. This is not the correct neighborhood. To store your. Business needs.

The truck comes at all hours of the day for short visits like 2-4 minutes then leaves Truck pulls up and either someone goes in the house or someone comes out and sticks their hands in driver side door

My name is Biljana Vukovic and my house is located at 7790 55th St N, Pinellas Park.

I came home from work today to find my trash cans all over the place, went and checked at my camera and saw the guy throwing my trash cans after he dumped the trash. Those trash cans are $100 each and I am not buying a new one for the 3rd time. I never complained before ( even though they broke 2 of my trash cans and lids) but this time I really had enough! You guys need to do something about this. I have a video if you want to see it!

I’m very concerned in my neighborhood cars are speeding in a 25-30 speed limit. I was walking one day and a car almost ran over me because the person was speeding. There is children, elders in our neighborhood who would want to walk in a safe community. I hope someone would come out for an inspection of the speeding violation.

Traffic signal takes upwards of 4 minutes for 43rd St N side. This has become a really frustrating intersection for all residents coming from 43rd ST N.

Requesting the city to review and consider a single pathway that connects two golf cart communities at the intersection of 49th St and 78th Avenue. This would open access for additional commerce for the residents across both areas and would double as a marketing opportunity to drive further development/gentrification.

There is no category for my complaint, but I would list it as a city maintenance matter. I use the sidewalks going from Freedom Lake Park, crossing the Hwy.19 exit to 49th St. and along 49th St. to the crossing at 94th Av. There has been a lot of costly landscaping done along the exits there in the last few years. My complaint is the tremendous amount of litter, , and the overgrown sidewalks. It's frankly, embarrassing that it's not maintained properly.

These neighbors have a WAY Over- abundance of these Huge Log piles all in their front yard and on the side yard, bowing my fence out. There has been a huge increase of rats and other pests in our yard. This man, Scott, who lives with his Mother and girlfriend, wants me to move my fence back 1 foot, but I am unable to move it due to all the logs up against the fence. This man claims that we need to move our fence back ONE Foot onto our property. This fence line was there when I moved in and has been there for 30 years. There isn’t even a way to move my fence because of the huge oak trees and roots between our properties, and the huge oak tree is on both of our properties. This man came over into my yard and cut down bushes and other shrubberies completely that were on MY property because there was a couple branches and leaves hanging over onto his property. Some of these I have had 30 years!
Scott also gets up and looks over the fence with his whole upper body visible, and shouts obscenities and calls us names, like me a "Psycho", and my girlfriend a "Bi*#h," if he sees us in our yard and threatens bodily harm to myself and my girlfriend! He said he was going to, "Kick out As*es" from across the fence, because he is mad we haven’t moved the fence. We have received no letter from the city, if that is the neighbors obligation to send us one.
My girlfriend, and I also recorded a video of Scott in an angry rage, who got up onto the fence and started breaking slats off of my fence, like the broken slats in the picture shown, because he said the fence is on his property so he can do as he wishes with it And break it all he wants. I did not include the video in the pictures because of the extreme language use, but I would be happy to forward ifood you would like to see him ripping our fence apart.
This man also recently got disability for his back and his legs, and we have witnessed him pick up and
move ALL of these huge heavy logs 3 times around his yard and hurl them over a 6 foot privacy fence to his side yard, all by HIMSELF!! There’s no reason he should be collecting our tax dollars and getting disability, if he can lift these and throw such heavy logs that many able-bodied people cannot even throw across a 6 foot privacy fence, all in one afternoon! Something must be done about this as well, as I refuse to use my tax dollars to support an able-bodied person whose obviously scamming the government! Loud music / bass coming from Shoecraft Park area.

This the Plato school that has a traffic issue every afternoon. It is not in school now which is a good time to fix the daily traffic disaster during school days. Every afternoon when school lets out the parents line their cars up down 49th street and down 94th ave and it is a parking lot. This is extremely dangerous for cars trying to drive on the road that Plato school cars are blocking. This school needs to do something about the traffic they cause in the community. Staggered release times or anything to keep these parents from lining cars up and down the road. This causes road rage and near traffic accidents if there hasn't been actual accidents yet. Please work with school to improve traffic before the next school year.
