Why is it a county police officer at the liquor store ? On the clock ?!

Shed has sat unfinished for six months, missing half of the roof and not boarded up as required. They're also dumping piles of grass clippings on the curb without calling refuse control. I will include further pictures. For the past several months, I've made 4 reports of this address dumping garbage bags on the curb 7 days a week. Code Enforcement gives this address 5 days to remove the garbage and come into compliance. Garbage man picks up the garbage once a week at which point the case is closed, and this address just puts new garbage bags on the curb the very next day forcing me to make a new report every single week.

Address owns a garbage can pictured by the garage, but prefers to store garbage on the curb 7 days a week. Violation normally occurs Saturday through Tuesday. Day of collection is Wednesday morning. Car is also illegally parked.

Today is Friday, garbage pickup was Wednesday morning. (Cycle Works) This is my fourth report in two months for garbage being on the curb at this address seven days a week. Animals are spreading food all over the road, I will include further pictures. This is now a health hazard.

Furthermore; if Code Enforcement comes by on Tuesday as they have in the past, it will be too late as garbage is allowed on the curb Tuesday evening before Wednesday morning pickup. For that reason, I would like to please request an Officer on Monday if possible instead of Tuesday.

I understand Code Enforcement has a protocol to follow and I am being as patient as possible, but at some point I must put my house on the market and I refuse to allow this garbage dump to lower my property value.

I don't want to go to the Board of Commissioners and take legal action, but that's what I will be forced to do if this issue is not resolved.

Trees located at Massengale Park with dead limbs dangerously dangling over pedestrian heads

The property owner left a 3 ton dumpster in the driveway or over 30 days without usage. This is an eye sour, promotes illegal dumping and produces a foul smell. Also the grass is overgrown.

There is a person(s) who have been illegally dumping their trash on Foxfire Terrance, but also have been dumping it into my neighbors trash can. My neighbor reached out to me about this, also they have a photo of the license plate

This address stores garbage on the curb 7 days a week, and it's been an ongoing problem for months. Today is Thursday. Garbage pickup was yesterday on Wednesday. I need someone to please help me explain to this person, trash is only allowed on the curb Tuesday and Wednesday for Cycle Works. Thankyou Code Enforcement for the job you do.
