Grading Violation ArchivedStone Haven Dr Glen Burnie, Maryland, 21060 - Anne Arundel County, MDat end of Stone Haven development at end of cul de sac their is a dirt road with a secluded home On Sat Feb 9th seen a lot of dump trucks transporting loads of dirt all day and today they are grading not sure if they have permits, concerned that they filled in a gulley that runs thru there and also this is a flood plain zone so if they filled this in where will the run off water flow to an also think there is a sediment pond back there also. Just want to make sure this is legal for them an if permits were drawn an approved.

Tree Trimming Archived8050 High Oak Rd Glen Burnie, Maryland, 21060 - Anne Arundel County, MDThe tree in the attached photo exists on a 100 year flood plain as there is a creek behind the tree. We had been told that we are not allowed to cut down these trees or we will be fined by the county. However, as you can see, the wind storm this past Saturday has partially blown it over. It now leans quite a bit and appears to be about to fall over. This is definitely a hazard as there are children in the area. You my contact Ray Wilkerson at 443-848-3469 to resolve this issue. Thank you.
