several lots between Fenelon and Moenart on Garvin have not been mowed at all this year.

Illegal dumping blocking Alley entrance between Sobieski and Garvin, on Fenelon alley entrance. (Address given for location purposes only, don't believe homeowners at that address did dumping.)
Sidewalk is completely blocked to pedestrian traffic, bicycles, and strollers (one block from park, and highly used sidewalk area).

This has been an ongoing issue for years. People have been dumping large amounts of their trash and furniture on this street. There are shards of broken wood planks, glass, porcelain on the sidewalks and falling onto the roads as well. It is a danger to the environment and horrible sight to see for anyone including our kids that walk by it everyday. Please I urge the city to put down no illegal dumping signs on this street. At least 2 signs would be helpful, 1 at this exact location as well right down the road by the lot of grass before Fenelon St. which has also been a constant site for illegal dumping.

The alley needs to be cleared out by cutting the grass and brush between Moneart and Fenelon..

Bulk trash pickup was on Tuesday Today is Friday and they are making a big pile of garbage at the curb again There is constantly piles of garbage in from of 5044 Sobieski
