    there's a white sedan with the owner living in it keeps parking in my neighborhood and throwing bottle of @#$% into the road and honking his horn very early in the morning. he also parks right across from the school bus pick up stop please send someone to help with this.

    Homeless woman and up to 2 additional persons (2 female, 1 male total) seen with drug paraphernalia, a cot and piles of personal effects camped out on the front porch of a not-home suburban household for about 1 week (today is 3Aug22). We cannot locate the owner, who may be on vacation. They are seen using the outside water spigot of the home to bathe and wash clothes. The persons appear to be careless, and we fear that they may set the house on fire/break-in and rob the place.
