    I’m not writing to complain about the church’s noise on Sundays. However, every Wednesday at 9 am, someone goes inside the church and completely BLASTS the PA system inside for 4 hours straight. Whether they are yelling in the mics or playing music, it’s unbelievably loud and completely disruptive for people in the surrounding homes--especially since WFH has been so prevalent these days. All of my windows can be closed and I can literally feel the vibrations in my home because of it.

    In addition to the noise, tons of vehicles park on the illegal side of Pearl St. and adjacent roads until 1 or 2pm on Sundays and have been known to block roadways and driveways. It’s a huge safety hazard.

    Hello, is there anyway possible that Pearl Street can be striped down the middle to help people know where that middle is? I drive this daily because of where my house is and it is extremely dangerous. I have plenty of car dashcam recordings if you’d like to see them. Sometimes around Piza Pizzaa, people don’teven know that it is a two-way road. Other times, people do butthey drive down the middle of the road. When I drive southbound, I have even hit the curb because I had to hug it so hard with cars barreling at me 40+mph down the center honking as they go. Please consider extending the striping for Saint Rocco’s festival.

    Additionally, I am seeing zero speed limit posted on Pearl Street.

    People drive this back road because of so few traffic signals but it is getting very dangerous with the excessive speeding and not knowing it is a two-way road, nor where the middle is. Thank you!

    Good morning,

    I'm the Property Manager of 420 Pearl Street (Maquette, Piantadosi, Parking lot). One of tenants (Maquette) is filing a formal police report but were notified of a homeless man trespassing and harassing their employees as they enter the workspace. This induvial has been seen sleeping on the bench in the entrance and standing at the tenants entrance doors. Seems to be camped out along the orange line on the rear of the building. Any increase surveillance of the area would be appreciated, trespassing occurs early morning/evenings.

    Something needs to be done with the parking on Pearl Street by the church! Today 2 people were fighting trying both to get by! Sign clearly states no parking on the odd side yet you allow the church people to park there..

    Ice on route 60’s and Pearl street’s sidewalk at McDonald Stadium of which our tax dollars pay for. Almost slipped three times and had to consider walking on the speedy road of route 60.

    I sincerely hope that Malden’s leaders don’t want to have someone else’s blood on their hands either from a person walking in the street and getting hit by a car (and potentially passing away) or slipping/falling and paying for medical bills.

    I don’t want to hear any excuse about how it was a holiday and there’s a skeleton crew, or it’s going to melt, or whatever the flavor of excuse it is. You all know what the budget is, make the wage attractive ($15/hour-$20/hour is not attractive).

    Route 60 as it is is not safe for pedestrians, and the light doesn’t immediately go off again if someone misses the rotation on the walk signal either. Please make it so that within 10 seconds of a crossing request a pedestrian has the right to go, and not dodge 4-5 lanes of traffic. Do better, Malden.

    Someone dumped a bag of trash in with the trash at 236-240 Pearl St. Because it was not bagged properly, trash guys did not pick it up. This happens on occasion and residents of 236-240 don't really want to take care of some rude person's trash anymore. So there it sits.

    Dianirka is currently staying with a friend at 77 pearl street but she was supposed to stay there for a few weeks. She is pregnant and needs help applying for emergency shelter or needs Malden city hall to help her find shelter soon. She speaks Spanish ** please help her with a social worker or any help ASAP.

    People at 271 Pearl St are getting/changing a heating system.. i dont know what this stuff is but it was coming out of the system. It is on the sidewalk & should have been washed away! It looks gross & who knows what it is.
