Notified About

  • 619 S Main St Ann Arbor, MI 48104, USA - Ann Arbor
There are ALWAYS cars blocking the bike lanes on both sides of this block of S Main. I'm sick of calling non-mergency police to report this just to see it getting worse. Why can't we fine the apartment buildings for this? The Yard and 618 S. Main have entrances on Mosley and Ashley respectively. They should use those entrances for deliveries and ride share pick-up/drop-off. This problem has gotten significantly more dangerous since the Hill St closure. Please do something before someone gets hurt.6

With the amount of money the owners of this Airbnb must make during football season, you would think they would be able to hire someone to clear their sidewalks But since they don't live there and are playing keepaway with housing in a city with a ridiculous housing market, maybe they just don't know they have to clear the sidewalks It's been a week since the biggest snow storm and clearly they have not cleared the sidewalk

301–331 Pauline Blvd Ann Arbor MI 48104, United States - Ann Arbor
Why was a beg button installed at the Pauline & Main crosswalks? Pressing the button does not speed up the light cycle, it seems like a completely unnecessary change The walk signs before - without the button - seemed perfectly fine Now I just get annoyed when I wait for the walk signal only to realize I've forgotten to beg for it

    701 S 7th St Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48103 - Ann Arbor
I live next to 701 S 7th St, the house that suffered an explosion and subsequent fire in February. Three months later the rubble lot it is still sitting here. It is an eyesore, it smells awful like burnt plastic and chemicals, and there are glass shards in a radius around where the home was, including on our property and our neighbor’s, two lots away. It is a hazard and unsightly. I am moving leases next year because of it, but will be here all summer and am hoping to see this wreck addressed by the city.

622 5th St Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48103 - Ann Arbor
Homeowners at 622 5th Street leave Compost and Trash carts at the curb/on the street all the time. My understanding is that carts may be put out no more than 24 hours before scheduled pick-up and must be removed within 12 hours of pick-up

All the crossings in this area should be moved mid-block so that pedestrian refuge islands can be added
  • 701 S Seventh St Ann Arbor MI 48103, United States - Ann Arbor
There is still a lot of debris from the house explosion at seventh and Princeton. People walking through this area have to go out into the street to get around it and it’s a busy intersection in the morning and the afternoon.

I previously reported this issue and it was very recently closed with a note saying it was repaired, however that's either incorrect or it has failed again. This is the button for the flashing lights for the crosswalk at the corner of East Hoover and Main. It has a constant lit orange light and is non-responsive to attempts to activate it from this East side (it works from the West side of the crosswalk). I watched a party in front of us this evening have to cross in the dark with no flashing lights, and then my young son and I had to do the same.
