    12/08/23 Noise nuisance complaint: There is a tent set up on a vacant lot at 4533 International Blvd., Oakland, CA 94601. The amplified singing is too loud + excessive. Within the tent the decibel level was measured at 97.4 dB (as loud as a food blender) + injurious to hearing of everyone in this tent. Neighbor says the tent is set up by Sala Evangelica of 4546 Intl. Blvd. Singing started at 1pm. The amplified noise can be heard inside buildings, several blocks away. This is noise pollution & an abuse of their city permits. They ignored the request to turn the volume down. Hearing loss caused by noise is not repairable.

    This is found where 185 meets E12th Street. Illegal dumping never stops here. Please install cameras to deter dumping. This is the first sight we have to see getting off the freeway coming home. Please stop commercial haulers from dumping here.

    Many Melrose neighbors have reported this piles of tires for years and the 311 "acknowledged" many times. We want to know why the City thinks it OK for a homeless man to trade stolen tires for illegal activities (chop shops, side shows, etc.) . This enterprise makes the neighborhood unsafe and filthy, not to mention potential fire and health hazard.
