This is not "some junk" like the last report response provided - it is a health hazard. mosquitoes live in their trash and the warmer weather is coming. multiple cars sitting in the front yard. This is all over the front and backyard of the homes and inside and is hard to miss.

    I'm contacting you to report a house down the street from me. I'm concerned for the child in that house and children on the street. All of us neighbors are seeing large rats coming and going from this house. They do not take care of the property and have trash everywhere.

    I am a homeowner at 8568 Neptune Drive. The resident at 8562 Neptune Drive drives a commercial dump truck and parks it in his driveway for weeks at a time. While this is parked in his driveway he power washes it on a weekly basis and all of the sediment and dirt and chemicals run off into the gutter which makes its way to our storm drains and then into our waterways. Additionally, we are in a community that is bordered by water on 3 sides; Stoney Creek, Rock Creek and the Patapsco River. I know other neighbors are bothered by this as well and will probably also be reaching out.
