    I have fixed a complaint about this before but resident is still committing this same zoning violation.
    This picture was from just 10 days ago.
    Resident owns a trucking company, some sort of trash collection division.
    His commercial truck is definitely over the 5 TON County GVWR Vehicle Ordinance for thru traffic and him driving it in here and constantly parking it at his house is causing great damage to the adjoining road, Manor Road directly in front of my house.
    Which is a very wet and low lying area.
    In fact, there continues to be large cracks opening up on the street.
    He apparently ignored his first warning.
    Can someone please contact him and get him to stop this?!

    Why is there no required safety fencing erected around an open construction area the public is exposed to in this public park?!
    Children are playing around sharp metal and concrete pieces which is extremely dangerous!
    Plus, there is no fencing around the machinery either, which they have been seen in the past climbing on!
    **While we do absolutely appreciate the work happening to put in the new basketball court, it absolutely must be done in a publicly safe fashion, in accordance with all state and federal safety regulations!
    Please cordon off and make this area safe to park patrons IMMEDIATELY or I will be calling OSHA and other state & federal agencies to file a safety complaint.
    This is completely unacceptable!

    Good morning. There is currently an excavator operating on lot 389 off old county road. There are also chainsaws and tree trimming occurring on this lot. I do not believe they have an active grading permit. I am unsure whether this activity is allowed regardless. Thank you in advance for checking.

Appears homeowner has contracted someone to create retaining walls along driveway.This is steep slope and critical area so wanted to verify permitting is in place as they are digging in to hill.
