I recently completed building a new house at 106 N. Revena. The unkept, half painted look of this neglected house next door has caused me to loose three potential sales of my house. There is trash behind the house, directly in view of my new house. The paint job is unfinished. I have offered a free dumpster but was ignored. I need help with this Howe owner!

1504 Harbrooke Ave Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48103 - Ann Arbor

We have frequent drivers that speed excessively fast throughout our neighborhood (Wildwood Park) and also many who do not even stop at stop signs that we have, many intersections in need of 2 additional stop signs to create a 4 way stop such as Harbrooke and Revena, Harbrooke and Linda Vista and need a stop sign at "T" on Harbrooke for the right or left turn onto Wildwood as we have seen multiple occasions in the last few months where there is oncoming traffic, pedestrians, and other drivers who nearly hit one another.

The major issue to first address is the speeding that takes place in our neighborhood, many cars are speeding at a minimum of 35-45mph in many cases and this takes place during the day, when children are walking home from school from bus drop offs, and into the late night. Would it be possible to have police officers drive through or sit in our area every so often at the very least to let drivers know that this isn't a free for all zone and that this is a very active community with many children and people who walk frequently. I've shared this with our neighborhood community fakebook group to notify everyone ive posted this as it is a concern felt by the majority of the residents.
Just for an example my husbands and I were driving to pickup groceries around 6pm yesterday evening and down our street on the other side of the road a car flew by us and we realized we were going just at 25-my husband remarked the car was likely going over 45mph. We would hate for anyone to get injured or killed and would love further supervision! Thank you!

Four months ago I purchased high-speed internet from AT&T. (Finally, AT&T Fiber was in my area). Upon getting set-up and connected to the AT&T Fiber in my area, the technician learned that my area was still 'dark'. The Fiber wasn't connected to anything. According to him, AT&T is NOT being allowed to link my neighborhood on the north side of Huron to the neighborhood on the south side of Huron that has Fiber. It seems the hold-up is the City of Ann Arbor preventing AT&T from going under Huron with their fiber.
Is this accurate? What is the hold up? For having a reputation as a high-tech town, the internet connectivity here is a joke. Ann Arbor needs to do better.

At 4:45 in the morning, city workers were "maintaining" the crosswalk. It was so loud!

This is unacceptable! I called the police for a noise violation.

I am 72 years old and do a good and timely job of clearing my sidewalk.

I live at the end of a short court and EVERY year the city's snow removal people plow most of the snow on my court up and over my sidewalk instead of plowing it up to the curb. There is plenty of room on the court with no interference with cars if they would pile it up short of the sidewalk (it's a dead end after all). In years past they would push it down to the park at the end of the court. Now EVERY year they push it over my cleared sidewalk, I complain and days later they come around and remove it. This is costly and double the work when they should be doing it right the first time (and ideally pushing it to the park to make it easier for the waste disposal vehicles).

Please get this corrected with the appropriate people so I don't have to repeat this again this year and every year after.

This light is so short, backed up traffic results at all times of day. The timing seems completely off. When it does turn green it only stays green long enough for a few cars to go through.

The eastbound traffic light at the intersection of Dexter and Huron are off and causing major morning (7:30 am) backups and delays. The eastbound traffic light on Dexter is particularly problematic as it only turns green for 10 seconds or less only allowing 2-3 cars to pass at a time. Then both lights remain red for 15+ seconds causing the entire intersection to be at a standstill.
I missed my bus to Detroit today due to this issue. I see this issue has been going on for several weeks and needs to be prioritized.
