    Both this home and 1004 Nabbs Creek Rd have been abandoned for 10+ years and have overgrown weeds. I previously submitted a ticket, but both addresses were not inspected. The case was closed for 1004 Nabbs saying it was not open to casual entry, even though there are multiple doors/windows open in the rear due to the cracked house foundation.

    The new owners at 7702 West Shore Road, Pasadena, have cut down/trimmed trees/bushes/shrubs onto the roadway down to the Green Haven Wharf, on Outing Avenue, essentially blocking half of the roadway down to the wharf. It needs to be cleaned up so the roadway is no longer blocked for others to enjoy our beautiful wharf.

    Once again the trash men have left trash in our trashcan after pickup day. The trash was In a tied bag and yet still left in the trash can. This happens more often then not. They also just throw the trashcan anywhere when they're done. Today there were 2 in the middle of the road and 2 in my driveway. My husband an I both work long days so it's not like we can pick them up right after they pick the trash up.

    There is a known water leak at the sidewalk between our homes. The county sent a contractor to investigate weeks ago and he confirmed a leak from a pipe making a huge mess on the sidewalk. NOW the leak is seeping through from under the actual road at that bottom of our driveway at 8049. Please help before the road caves in!

    Cars parked on the roadway right in front of their poor neighbors driveway. There is a motorhome/camper in the driveway with no tags on it. Junk all over the front of there house, trash bags everywhere. Curtains trying to hide all the trash and junk on the porch big eye sore for the community.
