Yet another new large RV setting up shop on Ettie Street between 28th and 32nd Streets. How many more before the street is parked in to end with them?

32nd street has become a hot spot for sideshows and speeding. On 2/25 at 2am, 14 shots were fired at this intersection from a speeding car, hitting all of the buildings around the intersection and several parked cars.

there is an RV exodus and they are all moving here. Trash and illegal parking. Please relocate. What is going on?????

There are currently six different types of homeless dwellings in the area, leading to ongoing issues that are negatively impacting residents, businesses, and families.

Our community has experienced the following due to this encampment:
• Gun violence – Gunshots have been heard, putting residents at risk.
• Noise disturbances – Loud noise at all hours, disrupting daily life.
• Open fires – Uncontrolled fires pose a serious fire hazard.
• Unleashed aggressive animals – Threatening pedestrians and pets.
• Loss of parking spaces – Vehicles and structures blocking public parking.
• Unsafe for children – Families no longer feel comfortable letting kids walk or play in the area due to unpredictable behavior and hazardous conditions.

The current situation has made Ettie Street unsafe, and immediate action is needed to restore order and ensure the well-being of our neighborhood. We ask that the city take prompt steps to relocate this encampment and provide appropriate resources to those affected.

Camper and his belongings have taken over the Mandela Parkway park bench about 160 feet south of 28th Street.Not appropriate for a walkway and green space heavily used by families, elderly walkers, joggers and pet walkers. This is a growing homeless encampment on Ettie St. It includes multiple RVs, cars, a tiny home on wheels, tents, a teepee, and a large growing pile of garbage The residents have fired a gun at a community member's car; own multiple loose and aggressive dogs; regularly light illegal, toxic fires; and have attracted a large rat population. In addition, their illegally-parked vehicles block and obscure the road and line of sight—causing countless near traffic collisions.

Man living in car has been here for 3+ months. He is trashing and blocking sidewalk and defecating on sidewalk. There's also a grill he uses near plants/trees which poses fire threat. The car is blocking street from street cleaning.
