I have noticed a pile up of trash blocking road access off highway 303 at the turn off to Brownsville. See photo not sure of the exact location.

Huge garbage heap. Includes stolen shopping carts. It is now right by the highway on the shoulder. I reported it as a homeless camp, and the HEART Team chose to close it without action. This is much closer to the road than before and is likely on public property now. The camp needs to be cleared, and the garbage needs to be removed. This camp has also been reported to the health department. Why is nothing being done? Why won't the HEART Team act now that the camp is spilling over onto the highway? Who else can we report to if the county refuses to act?

Squatters on property behind traffic light have constructed a path through the shoulder. The trail meets the road in an area unsafe for pedestrians. It also creates a distraction for drivers. Please block their trail and assist the property owner with removing squatters. I have seen a man that appeared to be heavily under the influence of drugs stumbling around at this intersection going towards the trail. This has been reported before, but was closed without comment.

Shopping carts are appearing again between Gluds Pond RD and Brownsville Highway. Please remove carts AND investigate area. The carts are appearing in odd locations which leads me to believe there must be a homeless camp somewhere in the area. I do not know what companies the carts belong to.

There are two shopping carts in front of the trail to the homeless camp at 303 and Brownsville HWY. There is another right by the traffic light as you turn right onto 303 from Brownsville Highway.

Someone is camping on Highway 303 across from Sutton RD. Yesterday, there was a new looking tan truck with a broken window pulled up next to it. I suspect the truck may have been stolen since it had a broken window, and it was odd to see a newer vehicle parked at a homeless camp. It looks like a tire was dumped there as well. I'm not sure if this would be considered private land or if it is close enough to the highway to be state owned. Please remove camp immediately.

Parked cars on both sides of 303 at Brownsville Hwy in addition to suspicious foot traffic at all hours of the day and night. Abandoned vehicles and illegal dumping as well. All of this combined at a high speed intersection is a major road safety issue. Please be proactive about addressing vehicle safety concerns and illegal activities at this location.

This car was parked in front of what had previously been a homeless camp on the corner of 303 and Brownsville Highway. I suspect the camps in the area may be returning. This is particularly suspicious as it looks like someone did a quick, poorly done paint job on the vehicle. May want to check if stolen. Multiple shopping carts have been appearing on both sides of 303 from Brownsville Highway to Gluds Pond. Please investigate both sides for campers. Thank you.

This vehicle looked suspicious. The occupants appeared to be pulling items out of the back of the vehicle (as seen in picture). I took a picture just in case. I drove by a few hours later and saw a pile of junk where the vehicle had been. The pile of garbage is at the corner of Highway 303 and Brownsville Highway. It is on the right as you drive southbound on 303. I took the picture while at the stop light waiting to turn left on Brownsville Highway from 303. The vehicle was on the shoulder to my right.

Customer is letting the county know that two signs were left at this intersection from a road project last week. One is a detour sign and one is an orange and white caution sign. Please pick up.

I am so tired of this. Homeless Encampment. They are getting bigger everyday. Trash is now everywhere and flowing into the street from their “camp”. Homeless people cracked out on drugs are walking the streets with machetes. One person was arrested. They are selling drugs and doing it in my business parking lot. Police have been called numerous times. It is now not safe to run our businesses.

About 300ft heading north on 303 from the brownsville highway/ 303 intersection. Large trail on west side of road. Parked cars, trash, shopping carts.
