This apartment complex needs immediate attention. There are homeless people and drug addicts squatting in each unit. This is not safe for anyone in the area. This property has attracted illegal activity for far too long. Drugs and multiple fatalities have happened at this property. PLEASE do something about this. This is managed by Crest core realty and will result in a lawsuit if something is not done. Thank you.

What is the deal here?? Burned down property and it's been this way for a long time now. Get it cleaned up ASAP!

This dog runs loose everyday. This has been complained several times and nothing has changed. Since when did Memphis change its ordinance on keeping dogs contained? My next move is to contact the news media since the city won't do anything. I am tired of nothing being done.

The entire property that this store is located on is an absolute biohazard. The business is using the non-structural part of the property as an open dumpster.There are also what seems to be inoperable, dumped vehicles at this location that have been sitting for years. They now house rodents and have recently started attract vagrants. May be storing illegal substances as well. This whole property needs desperately to be cleaned up. Children are being taught that this is acceptable conditions to conduct business and is normalizing this type of property maintenance How can we expect them to not carry on the belief that this is what's expected of residents and businesses, if they are shown that this is the exemplar expectation for the neighborhoo these children live and grow up in?!!? This area and these children deserve FAR better, safer living/residential conditions!!!! Allowing this area to remain filthy and unsafe shows Memphians that trashy, dangerous conditions are what the city of Memphis believes the residents living here deserve and aren't worth the efforts of intervention . Very disgraceful that this area has been this bad for this long and no one has tried to change it for the kids I see playing in this trash filled space as they walk home from school. EVERY DAY. Does Memphis only care about the touristy areas of the city? Clearly.... h. . n

This is becoming a heath hazard and having some many rats coming in my house and in my yard So many complaints are being called in about this and nothing is being done

This another photo of the downed tree in the Harrison Creek flood drain It is blocking half of the drain & will catch everything that tries to flow through creating a massive back up & possible flooding of property along the drain Including Gaisman Park that the mayor has & is spending so much money on to renovate The downed tree has destroyed the fence on top of the retaining wall Also right next to the new soccer field Please remove as soon as possible as my neighbors & myself do not want to see backed up flood waters come over the retaining wall Thank you ,
