    **THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE TICKET** PLEASE READ!!! I submitted ticket #16743967 and # 16792253. Both have been closed by you stating that they are duplicates of # 16743918. They are not!! Ticket 16743967 and 16792253 are for the alley behind our house on 12th St N. The ticket you keep referencing (16743918) was generated by me, BUT it is for 10th Ave N, which intersects at one end of our alley. PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE THIS TICKET - IT IS NOT A DUPLICATE.

    The alley behind our house, on 12th St N, was paved at some point, however, it has been left to fall into disrepair. When it rains, flooding occurs. Now, without rain, it has turned into a dust bowl. Our patio is covered in dust, our plants, our cars, etc. When we park in the garage, we are constantly bringing in either large amounts of mud (after it rains) or large swaths of dirt and dust, when it is dry. I have several more pictures (showing paved parts and flooded areas, along with the dust bowl we deal with), however, the system will not let me load more than one. Our alley is used not only by the home owners, but also by the city for garbage and recycling pick up. Most of us who have parking behind our homes, choose to park on the 12th St N(where parking is a premium due to rentals) because of the mud, dust and flooding. All we ask it that the surface of the alley be restored, and subsequently maintained, to what the city placed there to begin with. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP.

This is a bad situation for people with walkers, people with canes, children, strollers, etc It is a busy sidewalk/intersection. It was damaged by city workers when a pipe burst in the intersection MONTHS ago Please fix it!!!!

    There is an oak tree on the city property that sits between my property and my next door neighbor at 1510. The roots of the oak tree have caused significant damage to my back driveway, which I have to get replaced. The alley is also now significantly damaged due to the roots, so it is raised up in the middle and every time it rains my driveway floods because all of the water rushes to the low point due to where the roots have pushed up the asphalt. Can somebody please come out to repair the alley and remove tree roots to help with the flooding I am having? Thank you so much!
