Roosevelt Blvd northbound in right turn lane just before the right turn only arrow turn into Airport Parkway ( not main airport terminal road), manhole is about 2 inches below road level, terrible bump when driving over it.

Multiple street lights out and have not been working for weeks now. Ulmerton and above on that new barely used toll road 686A. Long stretch of lights all out and very dark and unsafe driving conditions. Pole B18 on Ulmerton was the only sticker I could see but dozens more all out.

The inefficiencies of this intersection are clearly being ignored under the guise of ongoing construction. It is clear to anyone who travels along Roosevelt that the traffic timings were calibrated with an unrealistic expectation that tens of thousands of tourists would be flowing in and out of the the airport all the live long day. But the reality is that we commuters sit in collective misery contemplating the risk/reward of running a red light. I have to believe that the only reason I don't see more complaints here is that like myself up until a few minutes ago, nobody knows this website exists. This signal would be more efficient as a four way stop than the current configuration

Severely neglected weeds and shrubs all along Fairchild. Side walk completely over grown. Abandoned ever since construction was completed

While driving east on Roosevelt, trying to enter airport, every afternoon around 4:30, the traffic light seems to switch to a very short cycle. Only about 3 cars make it thru under the overpass. It seems to go back to a regular cycle sometime after 6:30. This is the same for coming out of the airport, heading east on Roosevelt. I am guessing this to help traffic flow on westbound Roosevelt; however, it makes it very hard on the bus drivers trying to get people over to the airport. It is most critical on Thursday & Fridays; when we are very busy.

The light at Roosevelt and terminal Boulevard for the airport. Has traffic northbound tied up all the way back to Ulmerton Road. Yes it’s getting to be the afternoon rush-hour but that light stays red far too long and cycles too frequently. I understand people don’t want to feel like they’re gonna be late for their plane but you have hundreds of cars sitting waiting for the light to go green again northbound to get to the Bayside bridge.

Road construction area with impeding cones on Fairchild Ave with no signal man present. The cone placement is far enough into the lane where usage of the opposite direction lane is needed. This is a safety issue where loss of property or life can occur.

Street Lights are out on this road. At least 30.

Massive and dangerous backups on Roosevelt!! The Terminal road going in and out of the airport has completely lost its mind Terminal road gets 60 seconds East direction then 60 seconds West direction Roosevelt gets 30 seconds of green then it changes to red There is nobody on terminal and the folks on Roosevelt get furious and agressive after waiting for so long on the major road Please fix this nightmare !!

No stop sign on Stoneybrook where it meets Old Roosevelt. Old Roosevelt does have a stop sign . Without stop sign, car could go straight into ditch. no lighting at night.
