    A resident of the Palette Apartments walks his very large presa canario **off leash** around the Palette building and around the adjacent neighborhood. Many residents of Ward 1 have contacted me to express their fear and frustration with the situation and to ask me to address this situation before someone gets hurt. Please send a manager to meet with the Palette property manager (her name is Donita) so you can get the unit number of the dog owner and then take the appropriate Code Compliance action and coordinate with PG County Animal Control.     whenever there is a rain, the water comes down the alley, bringing debris and everything else, and the water and debris, just stops on Gallatin. The water sits and the debris is never cleaned up.

    Hello, I would like to request that the city assess the area along the corner of 40th Place and Emerson Street. Particularly, the area of 40th Place just prior to the corner where it meets Emerson Street. There is a high bank on the property (5005 Emerson St). The retaining wall is collapsing into the road.     This tree is on the corner of 43rd AVE and east west. It was struck by lightning a few years ago and never cared for. Large branches fall — on the street and you can see how it broke a part of the fence. This is very dangerous for all of us walking and/or driving on these streets.
