Greater Westcott Neighborhood

None of these streets and intersections ever get plowed by city plows during winter storms, (especially Lewiston Dr) sometimes for several days. The people who live in this neighborhood are unable to enter or exit even in emergency circumstances. This has gone on for years and needs to be addressed.

The trash collectors did not pick up these items (super heavy trash cans filled with what looks like construction debris and junk) on the regular trash collection day. (They picked up other items, including recycling.) The items were not gathered by the owner and now the trash and junk is falling out and speeding. This is on a public green space at the corner of Berkeley and Broad.

I did not receive one of the new trash cans from the City of Syracuse, although all my neighbors on Buckingham got one this week. Please help.

Storm water runoff from road and lawn damage from plow is running directly into front lawn and causing significant ponding of water in front lawn. Would like to have a solution so that the roadside water is not directly conveyed to front lawn.

This property continues to be full of trash.

Traffic signal on cross of E Colvin and Skytop is out (approaching E Colvin on Skytop from the south).

Grass damage caused by yard waste pickup today. It is located at the end of the point at the intersection of Scottholm Blvd and Scottholm Terr.

Wrong picture app is acting funny. Trying to report trash on property at 710 Lancaster -

trash in road and right of way. neither occupants nor landlord appears interested in cleaning up trash.

Trash all over street since trash day on Tuesday morning. Tenants/landlords failed to clean up.
