    Pointe 38 apartments is experiencing a homeless nightmare. They are now beginning to gather in the parking lot of the property. Maintenance and I are beginning to spend a lot of time out of the day asking them to leave and relocate from in front of the parking and property line area. (Code enforcement please help)!

    Homeless have began to gather in front of our community mailboxes, causing mail carriers to not deliver to our residents. Residents have had to go to the post office to pick up mail. Can anyone from the city please help!!

    The Homeless encampments at Pointe 38 is growing by the day with no signs of letting up! Pointe 38 on a daily basis is trashed with discarded perishables, trash and hygiene products. The tenants/ community don't deserve this at all. (Code enforcement) please partner with our community to clean this Bio Hazard up!

    This is no longer a homeless encampment, rather a dump for drugs and abuse. No one is living in this mess anymore but partying and squatting in a drug den made out of the private garages. PLEASE clean up trash, provide citations to landowner of garages, close up the squatting drug den, and send animal control for abandoned dogs tied up. AND FIX THE FENCE YOU ARE MANDATED TO MAINTAIN. This issue has been going on for years due to YOUR NEGLECT

    Squatters accessing garages from a hole in the siding. Multiple people accessing the opening at all hours of the day and night. The owner must fix the hole and the city needs to maintain its property and fences.

    The Multiple Homeless encampments at Pointe 38 has become dangerous. They are now cooking with BBQ pits powered by propane gas! This is out of control and a very dangerous. The discarded trash they have thrown out are causing a rodent problem on site for tenants. (Code enforcement help our community).

    Squatters are in the garage of the apartment building. You can see the hole they cut in the siding of the garage. City needs to have the owner fix the code violation on the garage in order to prevent squatting on private property. In addition, city is required to maintain the fencing on city land. Please address the squatters on private property issue and the broken fence and gates.
