    West bound Orange Grove at Thornydale, the right lane is unnecessarily blocked.

    There are two west bound lanes on Orange Grove feeding three turn lanes ahead. It is pointless to force all traffic into one lane before it opens back up to three lanes!

    Please move the bollards to the right to open two west bound lanes. (See attached photo.)

    Constituent called to report that the road gets flooded in front of the businesses near 4300 N Sullinger. They said that there is a water holding area/wash nearby but the water doesn't drain into the wash area. It just fills up the roadway. See Snip. Thank you.

    I live at Avilla Preserve at the corner of Orange Grove Road and Mona Lisa. Sun Tran has just approved a new route change for Sun Tran Shuttle on Orange Grove between Thornydale and La Canada, with a new stop at Orange Grove and Mona Lisa, effective 8-21-2023. I am requesting a new hawk light for Orange Grove for pedestrians crossing Orange Grove at that new bus stop. Vehicle traffic on Orange Grove has increased greatly this past year, and pedestrian crossing at this intersection is increasingly dangerous, especially now with the new bus stop starting soon, and no sidewalk on the south side of Orange Grove at this intersection. A hawk light would greatly improve safety for vehicles and pedestrians. Thank you so much for your time.

    Sidewalks and medians in and around the Ruthrauff Rd bridge/intersection are covered with overgrown vegetation and accumulating trash as well. This area has not been maintained since the new construction was opened over a year ago!
