    The small CABQ park is over run with PILES of vagrant garbage and “structures”. This is directly CAUSED by the failed policies and practices of ACS. ACS is causing these problems by enabling the vagrant trash people.

    Please see attached photo of zoning violation. Our next door neighbor at the listed address has 2 (two) broken down vehicles and 2 (two) broken down trailers parked in the front yard in violation of:
    14-16-5-5(F) PARKING LOCATION AND DESIGN Front yard parking is not a permissible use in a residential zone. To resolve the front yard parking violation move the vehicle, trailer or recreational vehicle to an approved parking location such as a driveway, garage or code approved parking pad.

    The two trucks are full of garbage, are inoperable, have flat tires and no registration. The two junk trailers also have flat tires, no registration and are inoperable.

    Please assist with this zoning violation which has been reported multiple times and nothing was done with the NOV.

    See attached photo of white GMC Sierra truck that has been 56 in front of our next door neighbors house for months, to the point that weeds are growing thru the rims. Vehicle has expired registration, vehicle is inoperable. Vehicle has been 56 for over 36 hours without moving. but please chalk the tires if you feel the need, cite it, red tag it and schedule a follow up to tow it.

    Please see photo of RV parked on the Ross side of our house for over a month. As shown in photo, the registration expired over a year ago. No one is in it and none of our neighbors know who it belongs to. It has been abandoned.

    PLEASE cite this vehicle for expired registration and PLEASE red tag as it has been abandoned for over a month.

    At least 2 inhabited and occupied RVs have taken residency on the Northern edge of Burton Well Park for the past week. At different times I have noted the occupants pulling junk out onto the sidewalk and into the park. Other times, other RV or camper trailers have parked along side these RVs and stayed overnight. Fellow neighbors and I are concerned about neighborhood security issues posed by these individuals.

    Please assist. Every EVENING someone parks their Ford truck in front of our house facing against traffic and blocking our driveway.

    Again this happens each evening, if you come before evening it will be a waste.
