Once again reporting this curb which is in violation of California AB 413 ("daylighting" law) which prohibits stopping, standing, or parking within 20 feet of the vehicle approach side of any marked or unmarked crosswalk.

This was reported last year and the side of the street in front of 290 Richmond is still not painted red, causing parked cars to obstruct view of waiting pedestrians and increase the risk of an accident.

The yellow light on Hillcrest crossing El Camino is not long enough for bikes to clear the intersection safely. This is made more dangerous because there is no delay between the Hillcrest light turning red and the El Camino light turning green. I entered the intersection on a bike this morning with the light green (heading from downtown towards Hemlock), it immediately turned yellow, and then was red before I had made it all the way across. Please change the programming of the lights to have a red/green delay or a longer yellow so cyclists can clear safely

The tree does not belong here! It is growing into the bigger tree. At a minimum, the top of this tree needs to be removed. Ideally, the tree should be removed as it is too big for this area and poorly located.

We like to report the 24 hours fitness.
The people in the gym are dropping weight everyday.
It’s very loud , noisy , disturbing.
Our customers are constantly complaining about the noise.
They even shake down the Sprinkler from the ceiling and there is a little hole that’s getting bigger on the ceiling.
We really like someone to come investigate this.

Around 7:30 in the morning, Millbrae Avenue is a speedway. Cars fly up and down the hill, hugging corners, without regard to any living beings. I was almost hit by a speeding Rivian SUV this morning they hugged the side of the road where I was walking, and then blew through the stop sign. Please create a Pedestrian lane and put up a speed tracking sign.

Please extend the red zone that is next to the driveway of the Green Hills Staff Parking lot by 10-15 feet. Any car that parks here blocks the way for students and families who cross. Parked cars also reduce visibility of all pedestrians who cross here. Parked cars also block the view of drivers who are turning right and this could lead to a car vs pedestrian accident.

Thank you for making this popular pedestrian crossing safer! The Green Hills School community looks forward to a traffic study, then crosswalk for this intersection.

Please post a no parking on sidewalk sign on Helen Dr to inform and remind drivers that pedestrians and students have right of way on sidewalks. If a sign is not possible, please convey to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s office the need to enforce no sidewalk parking. This car is parked on the sidewalk daily. thanks

Our neighbor has previously complained about us parking on the public street in front of his home. We explained that the street is public and parking there is permitted. Since then, he has engaged in retaliatory behavior, including parking his vehicle within an inch of our back bumper to block us in and moving his trash bins close to the front of our vehicle. Although trash collection does not occur until Thursday, he keeps his bins on the street daily to reserve parking spaces and moves them in a manner that appears intentionally obstructive. Our home surveillance footage, with visible timestamps, shows him moving the bins closer to our vehicle.

As I got off the bus at around 6:40am on Thursday March 23,2023. I ended up tripping and falling on the ground. When I was walking up to go to McDonald’s. As you can see to the far right, part of the pavement is a little bit elevated, and that is how I ended up tripping. It was a strong fall, and my right knee got scraped. The next day I had to take some Motrin for the pain I felt on my upper arms and my knee, and continued taking the pain medicine through out the weekend. My arms hurt because as I was falling I put my hands down to help me from not falling straight on my face. I’m a 50 year old woman and can’t imagine what could happen to a person much older than me if they end up tripping on that uneven pavement. Please I urge you to get it fixed before someone else gets hurt. Thank you

I see this car on my way to work everyday. It’s been there for awhile and looks abandoned.

The unmarked school crossing at Cypress Court and Laurel Avenue is a dangerous crossing for students and families who attend Green Hills Elementary School for classes and sporting events. This crossing need to be formally marked with a crosswalk and signage. About 20 families cross here each morning. Moreover, about 40 families make an "illegal" left turn from north bound Laurel Avenue into the faculty parking area so that they can safely drop off their children at the campus' east entrance. If Laurel Avenue had a safe drop off zone with a crosswalk, families would not make this illegal left turn. Please add a crosswalk and signage to make this crossing visible to drivers. Thank you.
