Woodbine-Pleasant-Castello-Cordova

We have had THREE fires in two years. I have more photos but don't see how to upload them. Dates:

This is in the wooded area off the 580 east exit ramp Fruitvale There is an increasing number of people moving in We have recently twice found human excrement on Woodbine so a welfare check and clean up is needed We have also had fires in the past -3 times so we are nervous

On the corner of Castello and Fruitvale is a vacant house with an absentee landlord. The vegetation (weeds) are out of control.

Before noon time, it took five cycles to pass traffic signal light at northbound Fruitvale between School St and Harold St. I never understood why the green light cycles was too fast cause traffic back up. At least give green light cycle longer than shorter.

Flooding on highway, drain grate is off, drain most likely flooded

A city project was done some years ago that involves some large boulders as landscaping on the corner of Woodbine and Fruitvale at 580 exit ramp east. A car accident happened to some months ago, and one of the large boulders was pushed out of its place and is on top of another boulder instead of in the hole that was created for it. It needs to be moved back to that spac It's creating a visual barrier while driving and is not stable g

STREET LAMP AND BUS SIGN KNOCKED DOWN

Abandoned stolen car has been here over a week. Trash drivers are no longer able to service street.
