    I am writing to report ongoing issues with a city-owned tree located near my driveway. This tree continues to drop branches and acorns, causing damage to my cars parked below.

    The last time the tree was trimmed was in 2022, following a significant incident where a large branch fell and caused $2,000 in damages to my vehicle. Since then, the tree has not been adequately maintained, and the problem persists, creating a safety hazard and financial burden.

    I kindly request that you address this issue promptly. Please trim or remove the tree to prevent further damage. I also ask that this request not be closed without taking proper action, as this has happened 4 times so far.

    The city removed a tree a few years ago and never fixed the tree belt. My request to have it repaired was deleted due to how long ago it was and I am resubmitting as it was never fixed.

    Caller claims he can't get to his air conditioning unit because there are too many vines and overgrowth on the edge of the bike path. He has another call in to trim trees branches in front of the property between 233-236. Would like someone to come out as soon as possible.

    Sidewalk on corner of Ridge Trail and 1527 East Mountain Rd is falling apart and dangerous for children walking to the school bus stop located at that corner. It is also quite difficult to properly remove snow and ice from this crumbling sidewalk. I request repair.

    This property is not being maintained, and is endangering my property that abuts this house. There has been a mattress on the 2nd floor porch for many years that is being ripped apart by animals and parts of it littering the neighborhood. Shingles on the house are all coming off the house and landing in my driveway, on my cars, in the street and my yard. Windows are falling out of this house and crashing in my driveway.

    The amount of people parking on Orange Street on the left and right side is completely baffling. I’ve had numerous close calls and almost accidents. People will not wait on the side that has a car parked on it for the other side and will just keep driving. Regardless, if a crash is eminent my point being the parking on the left and right of Warren Street is getting to an absurd degree to where there is 15+ cars on the road. With the roads already so bad and trying to avoid potholes Orange Street and Sheppard Street both should heavily consider parking regulations for the residents that live here because it is extremely unsafe and I’m tired of risking my life just to get out of my house on this road

    There was an enormous pothole in front of his location which was not fixed properly. The pothole was filled in spring 2022 but the repair is not sufficient. When vehicles especially tractor trailers hit this patch of pavement the vibration of vehicles hitting the pavement patch causes violent shaking in houses in the area. The glass bowls and plates in my cabinets clatter and shake every time a vehicle hits the patch of pavement. The noise and vibration is causing disturbance in the lives of those living there and the near constant vibration may be causing structural damage. The pavement from this location to the first entrance to Sturt Place is horrendous. Recommend adding this location to be milled and re-paved this upcoming spring.
