    I am writing to report ongoing issues with a city-owned tree located near my driveway. This tree continues to drop branches and acorns, causing damage to my cars parked below.

    The last time the tree was trimmed was in 2022, following a significant incident where a large branch fell and caused $2,000 in damages to my vehicle. Since then, the tree has not been adequately maintained, and the problem persists, creating a safety hazard and financial burden.

    I kindly request that you address this issue promptly. Please trim or remove the tree to prevent further damage. I also ask that this request not be closed without taking proper action, as this has happened 4 times so far.

    This property is not being maintained, and is endangering my property that abuts this house. There has been a mattress on the 2nd floor porch for many years that is being ripped apart by animals and parts of it littering the neighborhood. Shingles on the house are all coming off the house and landing in my driveway, on my cars, in the street and my yard. Windows are falling out of this house and crashing in my driveway.

    Sidewalk on corner of Ridge Trail and 1527 East Mountain Rd is falling apart and dangerous for children walking to the school bus stop located at that corner. It is also quite difficult to properly remove snow and ice from this crumbling sidewalk. I request repair.

    We inadvertently missed the trash pick-up. Usually on holidays the trash collection truck comes the next day (Saturday). It appears half of the people on our street didn't know the pick-up was actually happening today and also didn't put out their trash bins. Hoping that the trash collection truck can stop by our street tomorrow for anyone that wasn't aware, so that it's not piling up for another week.
