This has been illegally parked for months Why is the city prioritizing cars over people who walk Please remove this ASAP

    multiple cars have been parked right outside the back up space for owners at 8802 & 8804 Spargur Loop. with the cars often times partially on the road making it difficult to also navigate through. these cars are for neighbor property all the way down the street. the owner has cut a foot path from the end of their property to this area, which is nowhere near their driveway (see pic).

    the owners of the parked vehicles have left notes on their vehicle stating they are there for overflow of a house being used as an air bnb. the one vehicle *pictured with the pile of leaves, hasn't moved and appears to be permanently there.

    not only is this issue a safety hazard trying to get in and out of the property the spaces are actually situated across, but it makes it impossible for utility, emergency, and other delivery vehicles to service the property at 8802 & 8804 when 2-3 cars are constantly parked in this area.

    today the propane company commented on the difficulty of accessing the property due to the car in photo.

    With the Eagle Harbor detour please consider making this a 3 way stop at High School and Fletcher Bay Road. Those trying to use the detour can’t make a left onto Fletcher Bay as the traffic heading North and South is heavy and constant. The line up on High School road to take a left was 20 cars deep at 9 am and school is not even in session yet. A car took too close of a chance darting across in front of me to make a left onto Fletcher Bay, figured they had probably waiting a while in the line up.

    Camping in Sakai park. Located west and South of the end of the paved trail past the park entrance sign. Originally reported in mid December. If you wish to allow camping in the park may I suggest using the tennis courts just off the Madison entrance. They aren’t being used for tennis and they have trash receptacles and a portable toilet.

    Lovell Street gets flooded when it rains and afterwards. The water runs into my yard and floods my crawlspace. The water should go into the ditch but goes into road instead. When cold, the street freezes and cars can't stop on the ice. PLEASE fix this problem.

    Cars are speeding on Tolo Road every hour of every day. The road has no sidewalks and the 4-5 hills are treacherous for anyone walking them with cars coming over the peaks at sometimes SIXTY miles an hour. For some reason, the road stayed at 30 MPH in the recent changes and there are only 2 speed signs - one at each end.

    There have been a number of serious accidents along Tolo including one fatality over the years.

    Please come and take a look and come up with a plan to slow drivers down and make it safer for people to walk between houses and to Battle Point Park and the Grand Forest Trail.

    Springridge Rd NE, between Wild Cherry LN and Fletcher Bay Rd has had serious drainage issues for years
    It has been reported here in 21, 22, and again in April of 23, and it has not yet been addressed
    Please fix this issue before the rains return and somebody gets hurt
