    This road has become quite a hazard to drive on. Neighbors say it is an alley, but the street signs say it is a street. Either way, it is not appropriately maintained. Some of it is paved with what looks like asphalt, and other areas are just dirt. There are some kind of cable just lying in the street. Residents do not maintain their vegetation along their backyards from the homes on 10th Ave S, and it obstructs the already narrow passage. There are large potholes, it is too dark at night, the vegetation obstructs the on-way signs so people are constantly going down the street the wrong way. There are no curbs and there is trash shrewn along the way and often cars parked additionally obstructing passage.

    I submitted a request previously about this light. I included info about some signs which were picked up but the street light is still laying here-completely destroyed, unattached and waiting for someone to injure themselves. Please pick it up and make plans for replacement. This is on the curb near the shore of Booker Creek across 11th Ave S from 471 11th Ave S.

    9th ave s and MLK is so bad that cars are going into oncoming traffic to be able to go home because of erected barriers that stop people from being able to go home. Someone please review this. In this image this car is attempting to go northbound on a south bound lane. This is a daily occurrence.

    (3) dead / diseased trees on either side of the driveway at 691 10th Ave. South are dropping large tree limbs into the street damaging cars, and onto the public sidewalk creating a VERY SERIOUS hazard for pedestrians and motorists. These trees need to be removed as they are in immediate danger of falling and possibly injuring someone or damaging automobiles. One of them is listing diagonally! This has been reported in the past numerous time and the answer is always the same - that because the trees are on private property the city cannot get involved. Will the city wait for a tree limb to fall onto a pedestrian or car? Is the city not able in any way to compel the owner to responsibly maintain the their trees? Or, do we have to wait for a tragedy to occur? Every time there's a storm, another large limb comes down. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Please take this seriously. These trees overhang PUBLIC property. The city has a responsibility to act in the public interest of safety. If you're going to close this request once again, I request that a codes inspector speak with me directly.

    The 500 block of 11th Ave South was not serviced this week and subsequently the trash cans are overflowing into the streets. There is glass on the road. Please come rectify this situation quickly. It is windy today and I imagine this trash will end up all over 11th Ave. south

    ***PUBLIC*** NOT PRIVATE PROPERTY - DO NOT CLOSE THIS until you PLEASE READ IT! The broken tree tops are dangling above the PUBLIC street - 10Th Ave S. Yes, the trees are on private property. However, the broken limbs are hanging over the PUBLIC STREET and when they fall, they will fall onto the PUBLIC STREET where people drive and walk their dogs etc... Therefore, the City has a responsibility to compel the owner to address this danger. Please explain how this it not a legitimate codes compliance issue when the tree limbs in question are in danger of falling onto a public thoroughfare.
