    9th ave s and MLK is so bad that cars are going into oncoming traffic to be able to go home because of erected barriers that stop people from being able to go home. Someone please review this. In this image this car is attempting to go northbound on a south bound lane. This is a daily occurrence.

    To whom it may concern- the seawall in Roser-Park neighborhood has been damaged for over a year. This is affecting the brick street and the our park. Due to the seawall we not have the pedestrian bridge closed off. I am an owner and resident of Roser Park for over 5 years and have never seen this beautiful neighborhood look so bad. I have waited for months as neighbors have communicated that the City was working on these fundamental safety issues- but has now been way too long and it is now quite concerning.

    The owners of this property do not maintain it, and have decided the best course if action is to put broken pieces of plywood on windows on multiple locations around the house. The frontage of the house is a dirt pit and an eye sore on the whole street. Codes has continued to ignore this issue which needs to be followed up with the historical department. Owner also broke the historical pavers in front of their house as well as multiple houses along the street and did not repair them properly, so now it is a dangerous situation in front of the house which is a huge liability and a violation of ADA.

    The alley has many issues when it comes to potholes and flooding. Most of the alley is paved but about 500 feet is dirt/sand. The unpaved portions of the alley are in total disrepair. This isn't the first time we have made a request for some sort of repair. It is a named City of St. Petersburg street and should be maintained in a proper manner.
