City Council District 2 - Old South End

The railing on this retaining wall rocks back and forth If anybody uses it and is a safety concern. I'm afraid it may come down on somebody on the sidewalk below. our property lines it and I believe it's a city railing.

Vacant for years, dilapidated, broken windows, doors, trash all around.

Loud commercial garbage pickup activity every morning between 3am and 5am at the zoo. The driver than comes down the one-way street in the wrong direction. I believe there is a 7am noise ordinance. If this were an occasional occurrence, I could understand. However, this is happening almost daily and for quite some time.

I’m currently renting this house and the ceilings are cracking, the kitchen ceiling is leaking next to the overhead light and the water caused the light to stop working. There are brown spots on the ceilings that keep reappearing after being cleaned and painted. Section of the subfloor is missing upstairs. The roof is visibly caving in when looked at from outside. Landlord has yet to respond to any work request or text messages.

Roof is caving in, foundation is cracking, house is sinking, mold growing inside with three children.

There are 2 city trees on property. They shed dead, broken limbs after each storm or windy day. They need to be trimmed drastically.

Nothing has changed. Actually, it is even worse. Out of state owners, of course. What can be done to solve this problem. It seems that enough time has passed for SOMETHING to be accomplished.

Boat sunk at the toledo zoo area docks

there is an abandoned vehicle that someone left in my driveway has been sitting for at least 3days I want this vehicle removed from my property.

The garbage truck came through on Friday. Bin got dumped all over because no bags were used. These people are renters and by history, they won't pick it up.

Silver car with 2 different Michigan plates. One on car one in window. Hasn't moved in over a year. Left multiple notes on car saying I'm having tree service done so neighbors/fire/ems/trash can safely get down Alden ct. All have been removed. Nothing has been done. Needs moved before it costs me hundreds of extra dollars to remove overhanging tree around it.

Carpeting is being added to an existing pile. It is not rolled, or tied, just thrown out. Other pieces of miscellaneous furniture has been there for weeks.
