    Disgusting abuse of power. Just parked on the bike path with little to no room to walk around on foot let alone on wheelchair. No one in the car and no other action around to justify blocking the BIKE path.

    Myself, two boys and another male has been living in an illegal apartment. The property manager who lives on first floor, said he was given permission by the city for two tenants, and saying he needed to schedule an inspection for over a year now, has now decided to evict 2 of the 4 of us after confronting the issues. We have to use his mailbox and mailing address, they make us pay 3/4’s of the utilities, as we can’t set up our own. There is only one way in. No full windows to escape if a fire. Lack of smoke detectors and CO detectors. Mold has taken over the bathroom due to venting issues. He put a vent in, but he has it connected to the dryer vent- so it’s been no help. We will be addressing the issues in court, but would like proper authorities to come evaluate the situation here. It is very unsafe. Housing as been an issue, so we will need help with resources.

    This woman has disrupted our neighborhood for months during working hours. She stands in her front yard and screams at the top of her lungs for multiple hours a day starting at 9AM. Everyone who works from home in her area complain and have politely asked her to go inside or be quieter, and she refuses. We don’t know what to do. I have videos if needed.

    Can a crossing guard supervisor come down at this area on the Morning and afternoon and observe the crossing guards screaming on top of their lungs at cars in the intersection. They are putting on a show everyday and it is very annoying. Mostly by the person that stands by the hotel.
    I live nearby and it is very disturbing to listen to this day after day. I am sure they are not trained to be disturbing the peace in the neighborhood. I know it’s a safety issue to have then there but they should focus on their jobs and not acting like fools. Really someone should come down and observe this. It’s a show.

    I am a neighbor of 17 Clement St. at Malden. They have been using their house for airbnb business, as one of the neighbor, I have been negative impacted by their everyday different guest.

    The airbnb guests keep trespassing into my yard and parking their cars there at all sorts of the time throughout the day/night. I have found cars parked at my yard when I get home from work, people park at my yard during the midnight.

    My peaceful and quiet living environment has been transformed into feeling unsafe and frustrated in my own home. I am hoping there is something the city can do.

    A health care conglomerate has built a piece of advertising that is a massively obstructive eye sore in one of Malden’s few open spaces. Can it be relocated or at least repositioned so the graffiti-magnet will face the train tracks? Seems like poor planning.

    I would like to complain about the weekly efforts to convert people to Christianity that happen at the Malden centre stop. Someone screaming into a microphone about Jesus plus being offered flyers 6+ time while waiting 10 minutes for the bus is unpleasant

    It is not the parents fault that they have nowhere to park, but some neighbors are very frustrated Two neighbors had to wait to get out of their driveway this morning. I have been saying this for years, the schoolyard needs to be reconfigured. It gets worse every year. .
