This woman has disrupted our neighborhood for months during working hours. She stands in her front yard and screams at the top of her lungs for multiple hours a day starting at 9AM. Everyone who works from home in her area complain and have politely asked her to go inside or be quieter, and she refuses. We don’t know what to do. I have videos if needed.

Disgusting abuse of power. Just parked on the bike path with little to no room to walk around on foot let alone on wheelchair. No one in the car and no other action around to justify blocking the BIKE path.

There's a Airbnb at the 3 Hudson st, i thought these are not allowed in malden?

A health care conglomerate has built a piece of advertising that is a massively obstructive eye sore in one of Malden’s few open spaces. Can it be relocated or at least repositioned so the graffiti-magnet will face the train tracks? Seems like poor planning.

Can a crossing guard supervisor come down at this area on the Morning and afternoon and observe the crossing guards screaming on top of their lungs at cars in the intersection. They are putting on a show everyday and it is very annoying. Mostly by the person that stands by the hotel.
I live nearby and it is very disturbing to listen to this day after day. I am sure they are not trained to be disturbing the peace in the neighborhood. I know it’s a safety issue to have then there but they should focus on their jobs and not acting like fools. Really someone should come down and observe this. It’s a show.

Property is a single family residence, landlord has built illegal basement and illegal rooms to collect excessive rent. Unsafe basement housing issue.

Please explain what happens when a clickfix issue is assigned to a Constituent Service Representative. It seems nothing happens after that and the questions don’t get answered. What actually is done about the problem?

At 8:15 pm on Feb 10, 2024 (dark and raining) I was driving on Pleasant Street in Malden, when my lane directed me right into this median. This resulted in two unrepairable tires and a bent tierod. In such bad weather, and even in broad daylight the next day (when I took this picture), this median is extremely difficult to observe. This is DANGEROUS for any driver, not to mention if they are a motorcyclist. Google maps indicates that in the past there have been cones, a sign, a tree, or anything to indicate that this median is present. Unfortunately for me and two other drivers I witnessed hit this median the night of my accident, there was no indication of this obstruction in the middle of the road. I feel the city should compensate the damages done to my vehicle, because this is clearly a very hazardous road condition.

I would like to complain about the weekly efforts to convert people to Christianity that happen at the Malden centre stop. Someone screaming into a microphone about Jesus plus being offered flyers 6+ time while waiting 10 minutes for the bus is unpleasant

I am not ok coming home from work everyday and seeing this woman with food & iced coffees sitting there for hours at a time blocking the side walk and leaving her trash on the sidewalk
Absolutely unacceptable, get her out of there asap please. I've lived in this area over 30 years now and I am not ok with this.
I dont know where she came from, but its been about 4 times now that I've seen her sitting there with chairs and another guy and making a mess.

There are three commercial vehicles owned by a company called Happy Gutters that illegally park on the street. None of these vehicles have a commercial vehicle permit and have all received multiple tickets by parking enforcement but continue to disrupt the street. Our street only has 6 parking spots and this company takes up at least three every day/night. No one from this company lives on the street as they have people come and live park blasting music while they wait to pick up the driver of the vehicles. The live parked cars save the spots making it impossible for residents of the street to park. These commercial vehicles are so large and often have trailers attached to the back that our two way street becomes backed up as only one car can come down the street at a time. They are also so large with 5-8 ladders on top that they block the view of the stop sign. The drivers are very reckless making u turns down one way streets, backing up the length of the street, and overall being disrespectful to the residents of the street by starting up their cars very early in the morning, and having inappropriately loud conversations at all hours of the early morning. This needs to be addressed as snowy weather is coming and we will be losing half our spots to the parking restrictions, residents will not be able to park on their own street as long as these commercial vehicles continue to illegally steal our spots.
