    This street needs the lights upgraded ASAP. Once again this week there was a serious assault and battery. The same goes for Dewar Street. This is a very dangerous area, how sad with elderly residents living in the complex there.

    This is the second syringe (small insulin type) I have seen on the sidewalk across the street from the charter school!!!! The first had a clear orange type liquid, needle exposed. Today, it appeared empty and had a cover on it.

    There are NO trash barrels, i'm therefore the park is full of litter. While the dog owners seem to be picking up after their dogs, unfortunately there are no barrels to throw the poop bags away.

    Even light rains produce a large amount of standing water under the Colombia Road overpass on Old Colonie Ave. Emphasis on LARGE. This is an ice pond waiting to happen, need to address for the coming winter months. Thank you.

    This stretch of Frontage Road has been grated and remains unpaved for several months. Manhole covers and drainage grates are level with future paved street level and protrude sharply from current road surface. Yesterday I got a flat and damaged a wheel on the edge of a drainage cover. Could not avoid due to traffic conditions and jersey barrier. When will this stretch of road be repaved?

    25-49 Bird Street Boston, Massachusetts - North Dorchester
    Today there was a rollover at the corner of Bird, Virginia, and Monadnock Streets due to a speeding driver. Although there are two stop signs on Bird St as cars enter Virginia and Monadnock, drivers continually ignore the signs and cops are rarely seen enforcing them. In the warmer weather, mopeds speed through this intersection, often travelling the wrong way down the one way roads. There is a daycare on this corner and parents park on the street and carry their babies into the building. There are also at least four homes in this intersection where toddlers and young children live. At the very least, there should be speed humps installed to help slow down the traffic. These roads are one way and entirety residential, so theoretically drivers would be careful and traffic minimal. However, with the ongoing construction on Columbia road, more and more drivers have begun using Virginia and Monadnock as shortcuts to avoid traffic on the main road. Speeding vehicles has become a major problem. Please do something to help before a tragedy occurs.
