Yellow house to the left of the Wesleyan dorm has non stop traffic in and out all times of the day and night. The majority of the traffic is going to the side door. Many times people have been taken away from this house in an ambulance. Drug addicts and drug dealers live here and nothing is done about it.

every weekend the cops are here at 444 high street for a noise ordinance level.... and nothing ever gets done.... what can we do??

About 840-845 this morning, there were three young boys, two on skateboards, making their way down the middle of Pearl St. They were presumably on their way to MacDonough school; many other kids were going in the same direction... On the sidewalk. These boys were swerving from one side of the street to the other, and yelling at cars that dared try to drive down the street! I cringed as they went over the steep hill/bridge, but luckily the oncoming car stopped in time!! These kids are going to get hit by a car.. if anyone knows who they are, PLEASE let their parents know! They ranged in age from 7-12, were African American, and were wearing orange.

Barking dogs from inside house, so much louder in the summer because the windows are open. They are also loud when tied up outside. Neighbors up and down Pearl St yelling for them to be quiet.

why have a parking ban and a no parking zone when it is not enforced
